no idea on the msd injectors but i came across this link this arvo on here... i was in the same boat as yourself by the sounds of it, not sure what injectors will suit a rb25 neo... the bloke i talked to, jason was too happy to help me. he knew exactly what injectors i was after and he understood some of the pain i have gone through to find a matching set... the injectors he offered me were siemens ones part # PF60HG he said to specify that they were for the neo engine... 630cc @ $180 each he also said they flow test each injector and provide i think a 6 month warranty but dont hold me to that could be more could be less all i remember is he said warranty http://www.powerflowinjection.com/

Wanted Photo's Of All Custom Painted Wagon's
Space Goat replied to darrinspencer's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
heres my r31 wagon with the new look "cherry cola" black with red pearl... should be finished soon its been 5 years in the making... i painted that in the shed and it still needs a buff so go easy on me -
Hi i am currently in the process of doing the exact same upgrade to my rb25 neo motor... i just got off the phone from a bloke about poncams and he seems to believe that there is better hp gains than spending money on tomei poncams and suggested to keep the standard ones... however my engine tuner suggested i upgrade them... because the gtt motors have vvti the performance shop bloke (not the tuner) said that you will lose the vvti feel of the motor... i was under the impression that upgrading these cams improves the power and response of the motor overall... would you need new cam gears as well to support the new cams?? sorry for hijacking the thread but i am seeking very similar advice and other owners experience on this upgrade

Dealers In Syd
Space Goat replied to jakegts's topic in Importing, Compliance, Modification Laws & Regulations
bought my stagea from one of the 3 above that didn't get good feedback (i shouldn't say who)... service was ok until warranty issues came up... it seems like they did the least possible bandaid fixes to get the car through warranty... i have had problems with my driver mirror not folding in from day one all they ever did was squirt some oil in it(not that i fold my mirrors in every second day but it was under warranty so what the hey) my engine light came on they reset the computer and cleaned the o2 sensor, about 200 ks later it came on again they told me to clean it again. i have since changed it as they didnt want to spend the money on warranty recently i had the car in to get the lifters reshimmed dropped the car off on tuesday morning i didnt pick it up till friday afternoon and it still wasn't done... i was told the workshop had some problems with another car and they couldnt get my car done in the meantime i was hiring a car from them which i think was the reason they took so long to get more money from me... a few other problems in the beginning and they never replaced parts only cleaned them relying on me not to come back to get the warranty repairs... since the lifter issue i am not going to take my car there for any service work or repairs as they continue to beat around the bush spending no money on warranty repairs... if i have no problems in the next 10 000 ks they can shove their service, warranty agreement and custom -
yeah have heard that too... because they make (or profit from) most of the cars over there, they have those rules to keep the economy stimulated... also when i was in japan in 2000 i only seen a handful of older cars most cars were five years old or newer

the switch heats up your front windscreen... if you look at your windscreen you can see a few lines of that demister strip around the outside... turn it on for about 5 minutes and touch the windscreen near the strip, nice and hot... i didnt know it heated up the mirrors... will come in handy in winter when im down at the snowys... p.s. i was lucky enough to have remote start type b... theres a few tricks to using it tho which is good... push the start stop button twice the car starts... push it once it stops... push the other button twice alarm arms and locks doors, once will disarm and unlock... only thing that shits me is once the car is running it will turn off when you open the doors... i am thinking of a timer circuit that holds the door switches on for like five minutes so you can get in the car put the keys in the ingnition... as soon as the keys are in the ignition its orite... if you have the window down and put the keys in the ignition its sweet as so it wont be too hard to come up with a circuit... neway ive got a stagea to wash
-
thanks but i got my pads relined but ill remember you when the time comes around
-
id like to think it is... i love my car to pieces... but after my last bout with sourcing replacement brakes came up unsuccessful im having second thoughts... i know i can always upgrade the fronts to something a little more common. but it annoyed the shit out of me when every brake place said sorry cant help you... call me crazy but i have had my eyes on those r32 golfs... 3.2 litre na v6 in a car half the length of a stagea... pretty tempting... i would like to see how they go down the quarter... they sound nuts when they get the boot in... if parts get scarcer than they already are i think it will goodbye stagea but not for about 5 or so years... maybe after i buy a house and dont need to move fridges and washing machines for a while ill get rid of it or pass it onto the missus

spotted a red series 2 today in picton round lunchtime... have spotted it round penrith on numerous occasions... i spoke to the lady owner before at an italian restaurant in penrith and im pretty sure its someone on here's missus... she seen me park my car and a good ole stagea chinwag ... yesterday drove beside a white s2 with green ps... i didnt get to give the thumbs up to the driver i think she didnt realise what i was driving until i went past her

no pics sorry boys... them 35s are getting pretty popular
-
ive seen quite a few lately... a silver m35 parked on the street at bondi beach... a black m35 on friday afternoon on that road that fitness first and subway is on in penrith... and the other day me and the missus just sat down at a restaurant for a feed in penrith, there was a group of girls leaving right next to us and one of them came over and told me that she owned a stagea aswell... we had a good ole chat for a few minutes she told me how happy she was with the car and how they've got everything... was good to bump into another stagea owner in a random places...

That's A Nice Looking Volvo Mate.......
Space Goat replied to Paramour's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
i used the volvo remark in my favour the other day... i got pulled over for a rbt and accused of speeding (i might have wandered to 85-90 ks in an 80 zone but not 120 which he claimed)... after my breath test he asked me what type of car i was driving... i said it was a nissan station wagon, the cop asked if it was imported... i said yes and continued to tell him that my car was the volvo equivalent in japan because volvos arent allowed in japan... he seemed quite interested and said he didnt know that volvos weren't allowed to be driven in japan and sent me on my way... it was really hard to keep the laughter in but i managed -

My old man recently got his extractors for his 347 ceramic coated... the bloke told him you can throw some pretty decent flames if you get most of your exhaust system hpc coated because your getting more heat out the back instead of into the exhaust pipes themselves

spotted red s2 parked at luddenham showground at that farm machinery show on sunday, we went to see my mate drive that super modified speedway car... then monday arvo around 5ish drove past a white s2 going right at dunheved rd/ northern rd two in two days not bad at all

Changing The Time On The Xanavi Unit
Space Goat replied to webng's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
there is an button in the options menu that you highlight that switches the time clock on/off... i switch it off while its daylight savings and then switch it back on when we gain an hour... the other day i was wrapped, i thought my stagea automatically changed the time an hour forwards to daylight saving time... i told all my mates, then i told mum and found out she did it... dont i feel like an idiot -
im not letting my girlfriend drive it... f**k that
