  1. I thought it was ATF, can someone else help clear this one up?
  2. You've been added mate, I'm going to be organising cargo mats after this GB is finished.
  3. Ah sorry mate, the reservoir in the boot is just for the Attessa pump system, which pressurises the clutch pack in the transfer case. The transfer case oil is separate.
  4. That is strange, does sound like a design change, or possibly a repair. Hope you get it sorted soon. Stick it in the forsale section, I'm sure someone will snap it up
  5. If it's that low, a hoist would be the best way to go, if you jack it up, you wont get a true level.
  6. Yeah my aircon pipe was close, and I even cable tied it so it couldn't possibly touch the split dump. Sounds strange that yours was obstructing it completely.
  7. Definately mate, I don't mind even going further down your way, I guess it's up to the majority. I'll talk to you on MSN about it, as you've probably noticed i've been a bit quiet lately, been heaps busy with moving, and the bub, and I'm back on dialup now, which sucks BIG time
  8. Why's that Lee, didn't it fit? they are a very close fit.
  9. Should make it alot easier, it should have all the little bits, like pedals, clutch master etc.
  10. It's a very small world, there's gettin to be a few around the Newcastle area now, we'll have to meet up in town one day.
  11. Done and done
  12. Just a word that was made up when I was younger, a transformation of beast lol, has no meaning, found I only ever have to pick one nick when signing up for anything, so it stuck.
  13. Sounds like the wastegate, but mine is more of a brrrt sound than a pop, mine is 3" turbo back.
  14. I was in the work car, so you wouldn't have spotted me anyway, I dont drive the stagea much these days, sometimes on weekends, where does the other half work? I work at Tomago too, at Voest Alpine Mining and Tunnelling.
  15. Good stuff, I like easy fixes
  16. It was around 1.30 2.00, I've had a few people mention another one around the thornton area though. I think it was you, because the front bar was opened up like i've seen in some pics.
  17. After this group buy is finished I'll be working on the cargo mats, it's been a big hassle to get these underway, so I'm just working on the floor mats first. The same colours etc will be available when the cargo mats get done. I asked about a heel pad, but they said they don't do it, equipment is very expensive, and would make the mats uneconomical to make.
  18. Personally I think the charcoal ones would be better, but that's just my opinion.
  19. As the first post states, the mats are $99 incl freight with just a standard Nissan badge, or no badging at all. The discount is, your not paying for freight, it's included in the standard price. The $129 includes custom badging that I have had designed by an embroiderer, there is 3 badges, one on each of the front mats, and one on the centre rear, as you can see in the pics in the first post. As for colour which shows up dirt the least, mmmm not sure about that one, I would think grey or charcoal possibly, and if you have grey carpet, they would probably suit the interior the best.
  20. That would be my guess too
  21. S2's with xenon headlights actually have (might have been optional not sure) an electrical headlight adjustment, so you can adjust them up and down, something to do with carrying extra weight, and because the xenons are so bright, you can adjust them down.
  22. Here ya go Ska, have replaced the same one in mine, cost bout $69, bit of work involved too, have to remove the complete rear left interior trim to get to it. 88925-0V015
  23. Lets just hope it doesn't involve taking the engine out again haha
  24. Spotted MumsTaxi I think, goin through the roundabout near the Maitland gaol heading towards Morpeth.
  25. I had the same problem, and I checked alot of things, but the most probable is a vacuum leak, check your crankcase breather hoses on the tappet cover (mine were hard and split) and all other vacuum hoses for leaks. Also possibly a dirty idle air control valve, there's a thread somewhere on how to clean it, don't ask me where, it's been a while.
