  1. strange this one. apparently his views on the technical running of the team was different to that of the toyota "bill payers" view of how it should be done. if i was a smaller team, i'd be snapping him up pretty damn quickly!
  2. ok well, i've just finished my Veilside S14 in the Green with Gold and Silver "glitter" through it (although it only shows up in the daylight). i also finished my R34 GT-t (its a little rushed....). am also posting up a pic of a mates R32 GTR VspecII (Bullet32 on the forums, too lazy to do it himself!!!) and a shot of my very messy work-space :
  3. DAMN! you stole my line just minutes before i posted Damage looks bad man, hope it all gets sorted soon
  4. i almost bought them too. they look hot. if you like em, then buy em....
  5. Dont sell. i love your car..... what gives you more of grin; a house, or driving the ass out of your car? i would live in a sh1tbox of a house if it meant i could own a hot car. be it a Skyline or a Ferrari....
  6. more Andrew's??? aren't there enough on these forums already? HA! seriously though, i think it'd be weird having a mostly well-dressed male population!
  7. bad news man..... i've seen some stupid things happen at that intersection.
  8. Just found out that Toyota have "suspended indefinately" Mike Gascoyne for what has been said to be a "difference of opinion"... go figure.
  9. i was wondering why you had your old wheels on.....
  10. oh! i forgot to add that i saw Terminal's mad wagon at Inline yesterday. rear wheel bearing? what the heck have you been doing???
  11. you look old too!!! jks
  12. true.... i wasnt having a dig at you anything, just voiceing my opinion.
  13. i agree with dezz... if you look at a replay of the incident, Montoya was actaully closer to the wall, but the bump just after the rumble strip was closer to the track. Montoya stradled the bump, and it didn't put him into the wall. MS actually didn't go off as bad montoya, he was able to control the initial over-steer, but hit the bump, which un-loaded the outside of the car and put him into the wall. however, im not sure that they will win a race, atleast in the 1st half of the season anyway. their pace has been good, but not consistant or quick enough to keep up with renault. and bridgestone need to up their game as well. its not that the bridgestone is slow, its just that the michelin is better, for now.....
  14. well if you had been there you would know.....
  15. well im not going then. not just because i work for the ABC, but because that show is the most false and mis-leading program ever created. its purely for ratings, cause we all know what hot topics "young drivers" and "hoons" are like at the moment. do you know what kind of an angle their going to put on the story?
  16. just spotted JUN going south-bound down adelaide ave about 1.40ish this arvo. you drove past me, i was in the work car. crappy commodore......
  17. aaahhhhhhhh!
  18. sounds great! thanks. cant wait.....
  19. qualifying was awesome! drama and action packed, i thought. but what about the race??? damn shame about webber, i was so disappointed. he was on for a podium, 3rd for sure. lucky theres a 3 week break now until Imola, some teams are gonna have a long and expensive repair bill. have to feel sorry for Massa and Button. for once Massa didnt take himself out of the race and jenson's last corner blow-up was so unlucky. but how good was it to have Murray Walker back commentating? i loved it. he's still the best.....
  20. GOD DAMN! some awesome collections guys. i dare not look at the links myself as i know i will probably end up spending big $$$.....
  21. Leech, i didnt know you came to parli! you here often? R33Driftr, where abouts do you work mate?
  22. mines the silver one. i always park on the senate side, my pass wont let me in the other area's. that white one is a poor example of a skyline. the owner is a snob as well. i went and tried to chat with him, but he turned away and said "not interested...". i'll keep an eye out for ya more often.....
  23. my bad! Federals.....
  24. i was on the forecourt of parliment house. im a cameraman and was doing a 'piece to camera' with a journalist when i saw you cruise by..... do you work at the house or just in the area? i've only ever seen 2 'lines other than mine in the carparks there.
  25. did anyone watch practice this arvo? i did. i have to say, Wurz and Davison were bloody impressive. if the williams can get the tyre situation sorted out, which it looks like they might be on top of, they might do surprisingly well. Patrick Head didn't give much away when they interviewed him afterwards, but he was quietly confident. Jenson looked the goods too, but i think the renaults are holding back a little.....
