he is about 24 years old with normal build (not skinny, not fat...) about 5" 7' - 5" 9' in height, lebanese background, very bad facial acne, wore a white bumbag and a thick silver chain around his neck, short dark hair and a slight lebanese accent called me on private, however gave me a contact number for him, however police believe its probably a prepaid or stolen number, so virtually untraceable, is also switched off now. met him in the city as it was easy for both of us at the time.. flame me as much as you want... but remember, when your selling a car.. you dont expect these things to happen ... and not letting people test drive yoyur car etc, usually leads to no sale!
-
im fairly sure shannons will look after me... i didnt give him permission to drive away with it,,.... its still considered theft! as for CCTV footage... he cleverly parked it out of range of the cameras just before he took off with it... so no video footage unfortunatly
-
yes i know, however i am a very trusting person... not anymore i spose! thankfully the car is fully insured!

I was in the car with him during the test drive... we had pulled over and i thought he was getting out to let me drive back! we were disscussing stuff about the car and i thought he was also going to get out of the car... instead he drove off! and no, car was COMPLETLY STANDARD 2001 nissan 200sx in pewter (spec R)

i got insurance with shannons when i was 19! they insure my s15 for $30,000 value i have a $900 excess and my premium is only $1800 ... not bad for a 20 year old! i turn 21 in 2 weeks and i'll be on rating 1 with them!

lol yeah well..." if you can't beat em'... join em' " ... isnt that the old saying? lol plus they have to prove your guilt beyond all reasonable doubt... i find the chance of oil on the round a good chance, which is also an external factor yes you can adjust driving style for wet conditions... however its almost imposible to adjust for say "black ice" or "oil slick" the dude on the front page of todays paper blamed a cat, so why can;t you blame oil? lol "fu*k teh po'leece"
-
mate, no one here will agree with me coz they are all so perfect lawfully abiding citizens... however, if i were you i'd be pleading not guitly.... and claiming there was oil on the road! especially in an intersection where cars sit for quite some while waiting to turn... oil residue there is quite likely! in which case it really doesnt matter how fast you were or wernt going! it was going to happen.... it may not be the truth... but it may save your licence and job! unless you admitted to the cops that you were travelling to fast? in which case... bad luck!

I'm looking for a stock standard Fuel rail with reg. from a 1989-1991 r32 gts-t skyline the reason i state 1989-1991 is that it must have only 1 fuel pressure reg on it! i do not want one with 2 fuel pressure reg's (these came on 1992-1993 r32 gts-t's) so if you have what i'm looking for, please send me a pm thanks -Mark

Im a 1st year Apprentice Electrician its very hard to get into the electrical trade without a pre-apprenticeship (not impposible just hard) working for Frontline (group training company) as above i get sent to different worksites ... it has its pro's and con's i like the idea of group training companies to do your apprenticeship through because i originally had an apprenticeship with a small company.. didnt get along with them and therefore i was forced to quit! ... however group training companies just move you if there are indeifferences... also means you experience a wider variety of jobs

you know what you could do... and that is threaten to ring one of the talk back radio stations... loosing $850 from you could be a lot cheaper then loosing thousands of potential customers seriously though... any form of paperwork they send you is official stuff, they don't just send you letters asking how your day was and what your upto... so if they sent you a letter how ever many years/months ago stating "both at fault" then that is the ruling, and if it were a stuff up then they would have amended it VERY quickly... not months and months down the track. you should ring them telling them your a valued 5 year long customer, and if they wish to keep you for many years to come, they should clean up thier act and cut the crap.. that simply isnt professional! and as far as i know legal either.... the beauty about the talk back radio shows is... they have people who work for them that run away and investigate whether or not what has happened is right or wrong.. and if wrong or even if its legal but morally wrong ... they publically shame them, which racv do not want! especially when they pay so much money in public advertising to gain customers!
