hmmm interesting, ive done this all before and i get trade price at bursons, so i know what this stuff costs for a mechanic to buy..... and ..... genuine water pump $68 gates timing belt $63 new idler and tensioner $108 for both crank shaft seal $11 so that = $250 for parts they are making a lazy $500, for what will take them probably 3 hours good money i say! its great knowing how much shit actually costs! people would save sooooo much money if they realised you dont really need special tools or alot of know how to be able to do this stuff yourself! its actually quite easy, just takes a whole day of your time when your taking it easy at home without a hoist and power/air tools nb. you need harmonic balancer puller (beg, borrow or steal for 3 mins) and timing gun if you happen to forget where your CAS was set too.... so use a texta peoples! other then that you only need a small socket set and an allen key set and maybe a screw driver!

Thanks P4t, yeah the car is priced to sell i tried selling the car with a blown engine for a while, had no luck so had the engine completly rebuilt! ive got the s15 now, so no need for the car anymore, its only been driven to the mechanics and back for a roadworthy check since the engine was rebuilt, so the lucky person who buys this car will get a virtually undriven rebuilt engine!

what were your AFR's doing during the run, could be your fuel pump... thats the reason my r32 only made 100rwkw turned out the fuel pump was stuffed, through in a gtr pump and bam 136rwkw

i dissagree! seeing alot of stock R32's and Stock R33's at dyno days (i know they are in shoot out mode) however stock R32 gtst's ~ 130rwkw stock R33 gtst's ~ 150rwkw that is what both my stock r32 and r33 ran! alos many of my mates!

im happy .... the r32 is almost rebuilt and ready for sale!, and i sold the 33 ages ago now woohoo!
