even if you did hub conversion, brakes, turbo, manifold, intake i/c, dash cluster, ecu.. blah blah blah to make it identical to a gts-t it will only be a gts-t replica as far as registration goes it will just be a modified gts because the vin plates shows this -Ruffels

ohk... all fixed thanks to Kris (krsysui) i managed to locate the tacho wire from the ECU for all r33 boys its yellow with blue stripe.. both S1 and S2 so i dont know where you got the idea of yellow/red chris rogers... but thanks anyways i took the wire and spliced into the tacho wire and the problem is now fixed thanks all -Ruffels

lol he's the one i bought the alarm off... and his installer installed my alarm for me.. just didnt do the remote start wire -Ruffels

ohk i found a pinout and yeh tacho is 7 but i dont know how to relate that diagram onto the actual ecu can someone help me -Ruffels

yup... i own a multimeter and i know how to use it i cant be f***'d pulling the dash out so hopefully it comes down in the section of the loom that is accessable from under the steering collum so i'll keep my eye out for a yellow and red wire cheers -Ruffels

rylan... my wheels fit fine on the back... its just we need the extra 3mm clearance form the brakes on the front... if your jsut going to get a height defect cleared... doubt they are gonna look at the wheels and notice the spacers on the front if they ask how you overcame the height problem... just tell them you got a new dump.. they arent gonna know what wheels you had on when the cops pulled you over.. so i wouldnt draw un nessasary attension to the wheels or it may lead to them noticing the spacers -Ruffels

you can drive if you want... just having L's means i cant drive the car without a supervisor lol just pretty keen on taking my car lol shouldntbe to hard to source a driver -Ruffels

mm i didnt think so i was told that the electromagnetic field produced from the coilpacks would induce a current (which makes sence, hence flux) in the wire and indicate to the alarm that the engine is on and to disscontine trying to start the car however a friend who installed his own alarm in his cressida said he connected his remote start to his tacho wire i am thoughrly confused right about now and im just wondering if anyone with an r33 has remote start as part of thier alarm.. and if so how they overcame this -Ruffels
