thats shocking paul... i would have expected a 2 hour fix not several days getting slower in your old age

i just had an Xtreme h/d cushioned button clutch installed in my car about 2 weeks ago and to be honest i really dont like it the clutch i killed was an Execdy h/d organic full faced clutch, and i loved that clutch this one just feels wrong.. and when i take off the whole gearbox shudders like a mutha f*ka and feels like its gonna fall out of the car and drag along the road..... this never used to happen with my old clutch -Mark

had falken 326's on the rear... and they were ok in the dry and just death in the wet.. anyways after spinning out just the other day.. i put my foot down and decided to ditch the falkens as they were ABSOLUTE rubbish replaced them with the same size (245/40/R18) as before but toyo TPG's paid $540 fitted for the two and they have worked out allright.. i wouldnt say they are fantastic... but as an upgrade on the falkens they are damn good.. i wanted t1-r's... but found out how expensive they were i give the toyo tpg's a wet: 6.5/10 and dry 8/10 value for money would get a 8/10

haha in my old rwd mazda 626 i used to not only keep the pedal to the metal... but also not use the clutch... just jam it as hard inot the next gear as i could hahah... allthough when i missed it really sent a jolt back through my arm ahaha spose thats how you expect to treat a car worth $slab of beer

my reverse switch wires are freyed and as a result when i put it in reverse the wires would be touching the box, earthing, short circuiting and blowing a fuse in the fuse box loosing dash and power windows so i took it back to the place that had most recently touched my gearbox as i thought it may had been thier fault (as i had the clutch replaced 1 day before this started happening they put it up on the hoist and i stood thier next to them as they fixed the reverse switch and wires so to answer... no you dont need to drop the box out

yeah... nah i cheased one of those ultimate tankers the other day til it got to a servo... turned out it just had normal 91 crap in it

hey this is Dave aka 'hijaked' we filled Marks car with Ultimate yesterday... i live out the country ish... i still think im the only customer to use ultimate there.... as for the rest of you... hope to see the ultimate flowing again!!! cheers, Dave

a mates dad owns a panel beaters shop that does most of the work for AAMI, but he doesnt really do private work.... only the jobs that are sent to him via the insurance company.. so that probably wouldnt be anygood for you

dont place a speaker facing dirrectly at another speaker or a completly flat surface, otherwise it will suffer from sound cancelation you should learn this from the idea of superposition and peaks and troughs of sound waves

thommo clutches can go during any sort of driving... mine blew on friday and i was probably driving along doing 2k-2.5k changes (read: granny driving) the sort of stick i was doing the day before probably helped hurry along the death of the clutch how ever im thinking something like the clutch master cyl? dont know really mate... thommo could be right, could be something in your box

dunno if its just thge clutch dude... my clutch went yesterday too and the box and pedal still feels the same... just the engine revs out and the car doesnt really move -Ruffels
