Doesn't anyone have a airconditioning compressor lying around for an R33 skyline that they think works and they don't need? Or does anyone have a mate that's just done an engine transplant and doesn't need the compressor? I'm desperate here. I need my aircon. Thanks to Red Devil, they "Serviced" it and now it doesn't work at all.. At least it used to work when you were driving along the freeway. OR... anyone got any contacts at an airconditioning place taht they could recommend?

It is just going to be a "cruise" or are you's going to be going silly through the hills. We did that drive not long ago and I don't really feel like doing it fast :?

Seeming this isn't having a very good response, I thought I'd post the actual details in this thread. __________________________________ Some of you may remember the Solace event we were trying to get off the ground a while back. Several of the skyline boys (and girls) were there and the support was greatly appreciated. Thanks to the success of last time (eg: nothing got stolen, no rubbish was left anywhere, noone did burnouts and the like as they left) the owner of the center has given permission for us to have another event, but this time "all out". For those with boobscruising access, the ''official'' link for it is here with a few suggestions etc here Everyone should be able to access at least one of those links even as a guest. Hopefully we can see a fair portion of you there on the 18th October (Saturday). This time around we hope to have some events etc and even more prizes and giveaways as well as events and some serious hardware (< 10 second drag cars etc) on display. As usual the shop will be open with some discounting going on too. Have a read of the threads and maybe some input for ideas too? As the thread says, there will be a cruise leaving from the carpark around 8pm heading for the coast. The Gold Coast is starting to pick back up again and with more than 1 months notice, I would like to see a turn out like the last gold coast cruise I organised with 30 + skylines. He was over there doing some tuning for a company. I'll be going down to Gavs next friday (they dont know this yet )... I'll let him know that he needs trained people to open up shops in other states

I was hoping you wouldn't get offended! We'll just be doing the normal Gold Coast thing. If you want to ring me to see where we are, it's cool. Broadwater carpark is directly across the road from Australia Fair. It's a big bitumen carpark that has about 1000 car's in it on a saturday night. I'm sure if you just get on the Gold Coast Highway and head north, you'll see most of the cars turning into there off the main road. We normally don't reach the carpark till about 9/9:30 once we've stopped at a million servos!! Let me know

The sun was bad. We had drunk 4 litres of water in 2 hours!! I thought "yeah.. 4 bottles will be fine" .... PFFT. I dont know why they don't hold the event in winter. It would make heaps more sense!! Maybe they need women to organise it. Someone with brains anyway
