  1. solder or you can get those electrical pens (I got one for other stuff) that can work to join contacts without using solder so you can basically redraw the lines if they have been worn off.
  2. mickey

    Powercruise

that might be difficult if you underestimate your size, it'll be people all over the place.
  3. i could put the kart into the tyres blocking the track after getting pole?
  4. quick question, would it be cube gen 2 or 3? not sure which engine/trans choices are on the possible raws list.
  5. if there's an opening anywhere someone let me know...in case a Massa's happened, I'm your Schuey
  6. put it this way, a client got a 32 GTR for a very cheap price imported (not through these guys so don't jump to conclusions) and upon arrival it had so many problems...when he had it inspected it turns out his GTR was actually made up of 3 cars welded together (front, rear, mid sections). So I guess you might have a very very slim chance that this is a legit importer, but there being no quote on quality, I would take the prices with a huge bit of caution. If you're going to import a car which is usually sight unseen (with your own eyes) then you have to at least trust the people who say they've inspected it and given it the all clear. Paying a bit more for peace of mind is worth it.
  7. ^^ haha classic meanwhile, are we sure he's dropped all the running gear in? I mean it would be very difficult to get the 4wd and everything in, someone must have a got a banged up gallardo cheap and used it all up... like that bentley...mmm who wouldn't swap all the bits for some W12 loving linky here: http://www.prestigemotorsport.com.au/modul...hp?StockID=4778
  8. nice, but tilt less...too much angle looks retarded as you end up looking at the screen sideways.
  9. all 2002 vs2's have the cf bonnet with naca duct. If it doesn't someone's switched it or it's not a vs2. a better idea is to get the vin numbers and pass it all through FAST to see if it's the real deal.
  10. I believe the last statistics I saw from the office of road safety was that 2% of accidents were caused by speed. In other circumstances speed may have 'contributed' to increasing the damage done but the actual cause of the accident is usually inattention or fatigue. I think speed limits should be increased on freeways and highways to combat the actual causes of accidents, by reducing the time it takes to get to/from places and forcing the driver to be more alert. Anyone who's driven a long stretch of country road knows how mind numbing it is doing it at even 110km/h.
  11. the driver is likely to be charged with reckless driving and dangerous driving occ bodily harm or even death if things don't improve. it's a reminder to drive carefully on the wet roads and keep hero driving on the track.
  12. usually prior to the shoot you would get the model to sign the rights over for the use of the picture. Copyright usually subsists with the photographer and you grant a licence to the model to use the photo for her own use if he/she requires it. I don't have an example contract on me right now but they are easy to find.
  13. I might have to come down and streak instead...or be the bunny running across the road.
  14. i think he's talking about a full front cut r34 gtr onto a v35 backend sileighty style.
  15. i'd vote the 34 with the z tune style bonnet, nicely riced and not too much
  16. bugger so there's no room? looking for a co driver has cost me otherwise you all would have felt the rookie wraith.
  17. still lookin' for a co driver...PM me for a good time
  18. welcome aboard...you'll find there's lots of skylines down here
  19. yep unfortunately I'm past my prime, had to retire. Now I just beat up school kids for lunch money. Not sure I'm allowed back into exotica to find out...voodoo lounge has better quality though...
  20. so does anyone need a co driver? I was the stig.
  21. ah now you're talking, the classic rally looks it because I recall he said it was sponsored by shannons...it might be confusing because the events calendar lists it as 26th July and on the front page it's 19th July...so he's not smokin' too much crack after all...
  22. weeknights are strange nights good to meet you all even though it feels like the usual one night stands...as in I can't remember your names.
  23. and crazy cops in undercover elantra sportswagons...
  24. It's also the reason why there are no more domestic car manufacturers (even suppliers) in NZ, it all died because of the lack of restrictions. On the plus side, cheaper cars for you
  25. tell the guy to post proper pics of his car next time not poser pics at angles... otherwise i wouldn't trust the km on the car based on the interior shot, my civic looks in better condition with 80 thou on the clock.
