    There are alot of vacuum lines under the plenum above the oil filter. Check all these out. Very common for people to knock em off even when just changing oil filter

    your best bet would be to get a z32 or rb20 ecu and then fit a nistune board to be tuned.

    i ordered the navara speedo drive from nissan this morning, $65 retail part number is 32702 - 02G17 i havent checked to see if it requires a neutral switch yet.

    my little R32 gtst which i have built up from a rolling shell, including fitting all wiring looms etc is up and running with the rb25 series 2. BUT the dash, fuel gauge works, parker lights work, there is NO reds when turning the key on . i have checked all fuses, all powers and earths that i can see at the dash cluster itself and all ok. any help or wiring diagram would be good. cheers

    Is there fuel in the tank? Check all fuses and cooler pipes

    Torque's try disconnecting it and go for a drive, then power it up and go for a drive, see if there is a difference. I read ur thread on nistune a while back. I am just about to tune my rb25 in r32 with z32 ecu but my car doesnt have a speedo so im not sure if i can get vtc to work

    Try running 7's. Bit colder plug. Was it a hot day?

    Honestly Sell the avcr and enjoy the cash. Especially if the power fc already controls the boost.

    For the future. If ur car is missfiring and making funny noises its probably best not to cane the crap out of it do 160kmh. Are u mechanically minded and good with tools? Check for any vacuum leaks. Sometimes the little black vacuum line comes off at the fuel pressure reg and cayses Lumpy idle

    Chances are u need new coilpacks. The taping idea u had is good BUT only when the rubber boots are arching and causing the issue. See if u can find someone with some spare coils or borrow them from someones car to test.

    I dont think its the same as most gauges. Im having a mental blank but the dyno shows 9.5vac on most skylines. Even mine but my gauge shows -20 vac

    A worn guide can cause the valve to not seat correctly. A worn guide can cause the seal to leak also

    Did u try a wet test? I bet the last owner used octane booster when he was running 2 bar the day before he sold it to u .... Well hopefully not. But he must have used booster for the plugs to look like that
