    the sirens need to be changed every 2 yrs . the battery in them does die just like everything else. never had an issue with the units myself. for the 791 (when I reluctantly do them) I do thei start as a standard part of the install (on AUTO only.)

    they fit in th doors easily. put them toward the rear and remove the padding in teh door panel.

    show me.. I know what the OEM item looks like . from what you are saying it appears you have one in there already.

    stop fooling with your car and take it to someone before you do some serious damage..

    it doesnt have one. teh OEM system is a dealer fit IF it has security at all. that comes out (at least when I do them) whent he new alarm goes in. only concern is a GTR as it has a std key coded immobiliser.

    I'm listening. when you are arming it are you HOLDING the button or just pressing it. if you press it the car will lock but not arm until the timer drops out. (try this.) R33- bite me.

    so what do you wnat to tie them to. lights? if so pull a red/blue out of the drivers kickpanel and you are done. keep in mind that they are not legal for use while driving so you will need a switch on them.

    you have a bad connection somewhere. have you tried anoter battery?

    I have found a way to replace it with what ever you want. cost is not cheap unfortunately but it can be done. anyone in brissy willing to let me pull one apart?

    thats how I do them. wire the amps first them screw it to the back of the seat frame. nice neat and simple.

    depends on the car. if its a GTR then yes an aftermaket alarm will affect it. especially if you are doing an ILLEGAL remote start on it. what car is it exactly. I need a chassis code.

    I do. the ones I have are open style. I can get the flap ones but unsure on cost at this stage.

    soem did some did not. the S1 was a mixed bag. the S2 had a 2din . most of the ones I see have them still in place.
