  1. 106 I was told. record was broke..
  2. had a great time. was alos amazed with the amount of people that knew who I was (since I have never met most of them.) only downer I saw were the guys in the R31's that after being thamked for their support and asked not to behave as twits proceeded to do so. my suggestion would be not to let these guys in again unless a stern warning was given. it was th R31 skyline club that I am talking about here. congrats to Jason Gherke for arriving 20 min before the prize draw and nabbing the radio and speakers I donated (lucky bugger!!) I have a few pics as well that I'll get up once I get tim to shrink them. props to the events team for a well run day.
  3. see the professionals thread above. there is a sydney fitter listed there.
  4. nnope. car will shut down as soon as you press hte button. the other way of doing it involves a relay but the car will still shut down regardless.
  5. doesnt have one. yes the insurance company will require a minimum 2 pt item. where are you?
  6. I usually dont. this one was stumping APS and I was down there anyway so I brought basic tools and my programmer . fixed it in 10 minutes. did a A31 whilst I was there as well howie can tell you the rest.
  7. which 34 ? (chassis code pls.) if its BNR34 then yes (GTR) look on th base of the key head if you have a blue or red tab then yes. the quickest way to prove it is to cut a key and have ALL the known keys away from it. from there start your car with the copy. if it goes - no OEM immobilser.
  8. dead amp.. mind you they tended to die quickly anyway.
  9. www.directed.com 1 way means that you send a command to the alarm (on/off) 2way means it sends it back. keep your line of thinking. the 791 has its place in the market (just not on a skyline )
  10. oi! hush... I dont want to make that trip again for that purpose
  11. wont work. had this today with a 33. same issue. if you have the choice get a m60I as that will work with it.
  12. in that case a 456 will do what you want. See ADELAIDE PRO SOUND in clovelly park (1252 sth rd.) ask for george. mention me.
  13. I would look at teh depth of the alpines- they me hit the battery on the passenger side as the are DEEEP!
  14. gengis, fire me a pm with the alrm type and I'll see if I can help you.
  15. you are going to need a multimeter. one wire will be common and the other two will be both adjustment motors.
  16. I use one of these for a reverse camera. not that bad- waht are you doing exactly?
  17. with full alarm - low 4 figures. - between 1-2k. (I'm not going to name the exact price as it took me 3 days to do!)
  18. phyiscally push it open there is probably enough give in it to make it move. if you get it far enough you should be able to open the car.
  19. eh? what's that ..... ? (says the deaf man )
  20. door actuator is stuffed. if you can force the inside lock then you may be able to get it open- from there pull the door panel and disconnect the thing.
  21. yep you can but its not a publicly known fact. turning it off in some cases voids your insurance. www.stylyn.com is what you are after. see ketih in boronia and mention me.
