Yeah a very dead battery, poor connectors and a poor earth connection can cause similar issues. Another possible cause is the key way in the back of the CAS.. the seem to flog out after a while and the timiing can go 'ALL' over the joint on the move. I would start with a new battery, with new terminals, new 4ga earth straps (one from batt to chassis, one from the back of the head to chassis), check the CAS and double check the ign. Also, were both fuel filters changed? Cheers J.

They were allways around sep/oct... All STAGEA grudge match??? he he he Hey Tenille, drags usually start sep/oct.. Make shure you get the gtr on the dyno before, just to check that everyhting is all good... don't get too worried about power figures or more modifications. On the day, just check your tyre pressures and pop a bottle of octane booster in a full tank of 98. You shouldn't break anything unless your super hard on it. Not a clue...

Sorry I thought they were custom done locally, re-using the borla outer shells- So borla made them in 4" for you... cool- loud though. Your assembally photo diary should be pretty damn good.. I havn't seen a good, step by step bottom end build log on SAU yet.

Looks pretty good Jack.. I know alot of the guys in the states that add front aero have to re-support the front bar. Or support the front splitter seperately to the front bar. I'll be going to as many drag rounds as I can now that I'm back for good. I'm keen to shoot the gts-t down the strip a few rounds too.... XRATED's gonna be a while though. red top rb20 ribbed covers seem to have really good stock baffling too... harder to come by, but usually cheaper. Slacker! 2x GTR's ... damn you must be broke! I guess one's not a real gtr though (insert dirty 30 joke). I thought a gtr+gtst+stagea= poor. ha ha ha. J.

we got 2k's idling in a stock honda like a stock car (almost... but very close) but I guess that was a 4cyl...not a 6. I have 1k's but I'll be going to 2k's and a different fpr (2:1 fpr with a fairly low base fuel pressure)... maybe it's somthing to look at. Fit the 2k's... we did in a stock civic with a hondata- ran like a stocker... the receptionist loved it for a month (she didn't know- ha ha ha ha, just wondered why it used a little bit more fuel each week????). ID2000's are like a 6 fire hoses....

I'm 5'11" and I hit my head on the roof lining with a hat on (in my s2 (w_ sunroofs))... How do you guys at 6'6"/8" do it??? even with modifed seats for extra length. What are you.. lying down?? There is heaps of room under the seats ( I have amp's under mine), so getting a smaller base seat to sit down more shouldn't be too hard. As sugested above, give a set of GTR seats a go.. goood support, sit low, oem quatity and are cheeap.
