It comes down to your tuner, ask him questions like this as it is his opinion that matters on topics like this. As an example, I use MAP but have friends who believe AFM is the best way to go - everyone has their own opinion, and regardless of which is better for any given application if you ask 100 different people, you'll get 100 different responses which will just confuse the issue.
