  1. A mate has a very young child, and shes often in his gtr. As soon as ge goes around the block he says she's asleep. Stockish GTR with a kakimoto exhaust. He's been doing this for ages, I think his girl is about to turn 2yo
  2. Cool! If there's any chance of advance notice of when it's going to be running some of us SAU guys could come up and watch
  3. Don't see why not As said though it may get you wanting more!
  4. Any chance of some more pics please? Interior shots aswel showing what's been done behind the seats? Have you weighed it at a weighbridge?
  5. If you don't have to have a cat, if that is correct, do you have to have mufflers? If not, does the exhaust have to exit past the diff? If not, I would honestly have a side pipe exiting just after the trailing edge of the passenger door
  6. Build the motor tough, add GTRS's, e85, 25psi and grippy tires. You'll feel the rush then
  7. Oh yeah agreed I'm thinking worst case here. I'm just overthinking/complicating it all lol
  8. Ash hasn't found the f5 button yet hahaha
  9. 2221 One copy thanks beer bitch
  10. 1000 ks and not run in? Lol
  11. Yeah I realise that but who has a 26 thesedays? Haha I've been toying with making something like the NISMO one and the return plumbing into a Y/T piece after the turbos but it's all just thoughts and not a concern for practicality yet. Id like to know if for example the can was filled, and the return was into a turbo oil line what issues if any that would cause. Straight off the bat I was thinking about the line not being big enough for any extra oil and then the can wouldn't empty. Of course the best route is from the can straight to the sump but how many people will pull a sump out just to make one hole in it then put it back together esspecially in an awd car
  12. Bigger the better.
  13. That's a decent price when you add up all the costs involved. Racepace have a strong following on here, for good reason. Add up all the costs of buying parts, machining, assembly, motor R and R, run in, tune etc and you'll probably see (like a lot of others) that a decent build can cost 8/10k without too much sweat. There seems to be a lot of newcomers to these forums who believe a rebuild costs a few thousand, probably due to the cost of the rebuild kits out there. Then they find out the hard (expensive) way that they were wrong. IMO, do it right the first time, then there's no second time. Works out cheaper than two budget builds not to mention FAR easier to just tow it to Chris, wait, pay then drive home once it's all done. Goodluck with whatever you end up doing
  14. Cheers will do!
  15. Interesting topic. Mine at 262rwkw was a real blast to drive and was like a sling shot when it came on, you really felt that feeling in your pants that the car was flying. Then you get used to it and it doesn't feel fast anymore. Maybe you've built up this image in your head of what to expect which was more than it could give and now the reality is setting in?
  16. Not really, it's all the same as I spoke to you last, it needs to be done but definatly after the upcoming mechanical mods Also need to get rails for the carbon seat soon too
  17. If only we had that test track Bugatti use here in Oz
  18. It must be pretty steep to move all the oil to the back of the sump. Was the nose up the hill or down the hill?
  19. Don't worry guys, he's earnt a 5 day holiday. Back OT now
  20. What's required? Money. My rb30 spins to that sort of number (well, a bit over tbh), there's really no need to spin that hard in 99% of situations you'll find yourself in. Regardless of that, what I did to get it to spin that hard; 26 head Tomei buckets Tomei procams Tomei springs N1 R33 balancer JUN oil pump ACL bearings Rods pistons etc The rotating assembly was very carefully put together after being balanced with clutch. Then there's oil/fluid mods....
  21. Tom I have some r33 gtr dumps here, yours free
