  1. Nismo twin plate. Best clutch money can buy for a street driven car. Anyone who's driven one will agree. Dont be scared by "twin", it drives exactly like a single, until you thrash it, and then it behaves even better and retains the stock pedal feel the entire time. Btw i dont use one, i sold my one - and regret it everyday.
  2. Does this have a standard front bar? Can you please post lots more pics? A member was following pretty much this exact car in traffic and was kind enough to call me to confirm it was this car as i was on the net at the time. Really needed a front on shot as, well, its so standard there's nothing to really make it stick out (stickers dont count, they'd just get pulled off at the first servo). Know what i mean? If someone see's it, how can they tell its yours? Did you (for example) spray the calipers in gold or anything like that? Have a unique front bar? Have a different shifter or steering wheel?
  3. You're asking can you dodge the law? Have a think about what you're asking before posting. Also, if you still think "there's a chance i can get away with it" then follow these simple steps; 1. Get your licence 2. Cut it in half 3. Stay the fu(k away from skylines so you dont stack it (even though you know you're the worlds best driver, aren't all p platers....), also the negative publicity will hurt more than just you.
  4. Mmmm 8 sec lambo
  5. Was about to say that, you beat me to it Mat. Or Enzed.
  6. Good work Sam, its damn hard to take a pic at that speed!
  7. Yeah they've had 2 of them before, send them a PM and see when they're planning the next one Dont worry, they'll drink enough to cover your share. Chris managed to (all at the same time) park the car, drink a beer with one hand, then, using his other hand open a beer for me. And the car was parked perfectly. Its 2nd nature hahaha
  8. Pics of those would be great! Yeah, "custom" means $$$$ - agreed!
  9. Pics are coming asap Nah dont have adaptors or hats yet, why, know someone who can do it for a good price? TE's are the fav choice, just waiting for a decent priced local set, or ill go new in a few months New motor? RB30 is it? Your car is WAY too nice for circuit duties mate, i know a lot of people say things like that, but i mean it
  10. You've already answered your question.
  11. Ask snowcone and scotsman when they're coming up next and tag along with them - they plan it all and you just come and make up numbers, and driiiiink
  12. Username: "N1GTR", COD 4 and 5. Got Forza2 aswel, but shooting people is more fun
  13. Hey mate, long time no speak, hope you're well Yeah they'll take a big rotor, ive got some v8supercar sized ones downstairs waiting (about 10 sets), id have to go measure, but im pretty sure they take 38mm, same as fronts. May be only 35mm, eitherway, its better than most sets of fronts out there and its for the rears Got them from that v8supercar team that got bought and liquidated ages ago in Queensland, a VERY helpful SAU'er was able to be my eyes and ears on site as soon as the doors opened. Once they were paid for i drove up and got them about a week later, by the time he was finished there was only crappy stuff left, lucky he got in early. You should see the fronts, AP say they're good for up to 400mm x 38mm. Ill post pics when i get them back from the painters. Got ex v8supercab discs for them, just cant find rims in 18'' to fit over them without going TE37's (exchange rate is the concern) Shame they're not watercooled though Hows yours going?
  14. Looks bloody awesome, keep up the good work!
  15. You didnt edit the name out 100%
  16. Ben, car looks great!
  17. Well hot dog, we have a weiner!
  18. Lucky mate, glad to hear its not too serious
  19. Rebuild?
  20. Why not fly up and bring it back yourself?
  21. When you come down here send me a PM, ill head out to EC with the GTR for a bit of comparison Throttle control can of course stop that sort of wheel spin, i agree, still this S15 (not mine btw, good mates) lights up full slicks without issue even when trying to be careful. Nice one on the GTR purchase! Got pics? For a daily driver, and if its already got the N1 block, keep it 26 but id be putting the 2530's on asap and getting a good tune
  22. Sounds great May want to put some photos up though to help the ad
  23. Turbo selection isnt the sole reason the Mines R34 is quick 35R i would still choose; easier to work on, cheaper etc. But yeah, buy the 2530's and all that other gear for when you do get a GTR. You're going for time attack, dont go overkill on the power - wheelspin doesnt make you fast My old single setup is on an rb26 powered S15, making within 2rwkw of what my car made with the same turbo, its on full slicks and definatly doesnt need anymore power as it struggles to get it to the ground already in so many places where my gtr could just hold it flat and pull away. The S15's old setup though (R34 N1's) was deadly out of corners but ran out of puff on the straights.......tough choice you've got ahead if you really need 600hp. Have a look at the regs for the time attack you'll be entering regarding tyres and work around the tyres as the weakest link, as you know already, S chassis's cant just cop bucketloads of power and get it to the ground
