  1. who won KW/litre trophy?? our score was 160.38kw/litre
  2. I run a cutout system on our car that cuts ignition and fuel pumps once oil pressure drops below 20psi, it uses an override switch which is used to start the car (no oil pressure on startup). It has already saved 1 engine. send it down to me...cost a couple of hundred in freight..ive got one coming arriving from up your way to build this week and freight cost wasnt as bad as first expected.
  3. Red R Racing wins!!!
  4. Godzilla motorsport's Mark Jacobsen last night went further into the record books with a stunning 7.87 @ 178 MPH in the final of the Powercruise Street Car Shootout event held at Queenslands Willowbank Raceway. The 60' time was 1.35 which is over a 10th of a second off his PB. The day started off with a 7.90 @ 170 MPH with the car blowing off an intercooler hose in the deep end of the track. Mark then backed this up with a 7.90 @ 177.5 MPH which was a new PB for the car in MPH. To front up to the final and then run a 7.87 @ 178 MPH proves the car is well set-up and a consistent performer. Congrats to Mark, Crew chief Justin, Harry and all involved
  5. To be honest i think the step 2 is not needed...but id get the step i kit balanced (thats what im doing) just to check its spot on. Mark and i use STD Nissan cranks in our drag cars and they are up to the task...cannot see why a forged HKS step 1 would be inferior to these and would not perform.
  6. Well seems as your buying ill have a carton of Black thanks Dave. As for rain...Benm is SAU's resident weather forecaster...i think he should be consulted with his prediction.
  7. I know how quick it will go...just thought id make it a bit interesting...aussies will bet on anything...especially me. We are staying at Merition at Parramatta...a few of the other teams are to. Easier to get to and from the track from there as well as dinner and drinks close by.
  8. thats a nice tyre...ill be buying them next to try them out.
  9. As long as they have the stock we can get them at this price.
  10. yeah the little plastic bucket full of blowflies will be hard to beat.
  11. Our suspension mechanic looked at some details on it today...he's impressed with it. Im sure Luke will get the best out of it.
  12. R32 GTR rims will not fit over Brembo's on the front...well on mine they didnt
  13. no...the eccentric/offset bolt and washer assembly is on the car...or should be.
  14. Ruzic ATTESSA controller going in car this weekend...anyone got one/used one?
  15. right .... times up .... back on the market to the first depositer.
  16. it has a boost gauge...hehe
  17. they are adjustable...all GTR rear upper arms are. You will find that unless you are running rediculous ammount of rear neg. camber these will suit you just fine. There is an eccentric washer/bolt that holds the inboard side...simply undoing that adjusting and then tightening it will give you plenty of adjustment.
  18. We tested this theory in front of 100's of people at Autosalon...the difference was 1KW...Mainline Dynolog Dyno uses different modes to read 2WD and 4WD. We did the same thing with dyno dynamics and the difference was 25KW...but that was with a 450kw car...would be less with lower power. so GeeTR's prediction was about spot on.
  19. my eyes never get high enough to see the Glamazons faces.
