  3. lol nerd skills? its one button in the picture viewer you silly bugger! your retard levels are too high!! edit: by the way... make sure you dont press the red X - that starts the computers self destruct sequence!!!
  4. Rotate photo please! Its really quite easy to do
  5. Hehe yeah I know what you meant Actually judging by that S14 that was stolen from Miranda, the guys just needed a ride to star city (where the car was found!). That sounds more like joyriders than professional thieves to me! It's not about giving people a hard time about not having alarm/insurance - Its a method of making a point to other people reading these threads. Its giving a clear message to those who havent got security and are lucky enough not to have had their car stolen yet. You need security, or you will more than likely end up the author of one of these threads!
  6. Your Haiku skeelz are amazing!
  7. I've gotten sick of asking because the answer is always the same - "Nah i was gonna put am alarm on its just next week, honest"
  8. Happy Birthday Mr Loose Pants!!
  9. Of course not... Generally thieves are much less likely to try to steal a car that they KNOW has got an alarm and (most likely) at least one immobiliser. Its common sense that they would just move on and look for a car with no flashing red light on the dash. If a person doesnt have money for an alarm then they usually dont have money for insurance either! So therefore, this is why so many of the cars stolen have neither alarms nor insurance!!
  10. Did they do the pompous golf wave to each other richard?
  11. Yo! Also spotted a dark blue R33 S2 on Mona Vale Road... Flashed him and got a 'kangaroo in headlights' look back
  12. Its such a shame that so many cars are getting stolen from there, but unfortunately they are easy pickings if the people dont put alarms etc on the car!! If the police used bait cars in australia surely they could catch some of these guys. It obviously sounds too much like hard work! Silver-Darkside: I'm not sure if you realise but yours is the third or fourth car stolen from that car park in the last couple of weeks. Can I suggest that you follow the advice of others on here and notify everyone about your car being stolen? Police, Center Management, Today Tonight, ACA etc. Hopefully if enough poor guys in your situation do something about it there might be some sort of preventative or result!!
  13. To be honest if his mate didnt find it the casino car park managers would have eventually anyway, but yeah, given the circumstances it was pretty lucky that it was his mate instead.
  14. What sort of connectivity do you need to the servers? Providing your own or using whats available on site?
  15. um yes! we have established this
  16. Yeah I contemplated it, but size and weight is my main concern. I'm really after an ultra compact camera. Zoom isnt too important. Yeah well a friend of mine has a previous model Olympus tough model (790SW i think?). He lost it while we were out on his boat the other day... we couldnt find it anywhere. A few days later he was cleaning out the boat and found the camera sitting right down in the bottom of the hull in a pool of water!! It had been down there in water and jumping around while we were jumping waves in the boat. He turned it on and it worked perfectly - no problems at all. That was seriously impressive to me! I would buy the 1030SW but it doesnt come out until "Late February" and I leave for Thailand on the 23rd Feb
  17. I'm looking to buy a new compact camera for an upcoming trip overseas. I'm tossing up between the Olympus 1030SW ($499) and the Canon IXUS 960IS ($473).. The olympus is tough and waterproof, but the Canon is cheaper, has higher resolution and well, its a canon... nuff said! Can anyone suggest any other cameras that they have got currently or have heard good things about? My price range is about $400-$500
  18. *cough* bastard *cough* well the weather here in sydney is a beautiful 27 degrees, perfectly stifling 95% humidity, lovely pelting rain, and nice large hailstones... just beautiful!
  19. The answer to that is very simple - cos they can!
  20. amen! they wont do a story on one 'evil' (thieves) against another 'evil' (hoons) there needs to be a 'goodie'... like a pregnant mother has her car stolen three times in one day and its centerlinks fault for not giving her a dole cheque to pay for an alarm or something..
  21. One of the most rare ferrari's around.. I've heard they do 0-100 somewhere between 3.1 and 10 seconds!
  22. do you mean the supra or the commonwhore?
