  1. I think short clutch and short shifts will help greatly if doing quater mile or 0-100km...after all we are really slow.. that "split" second it takes for the arm to shift and to step into gear could be reduced by about 20% if using C's and about 10% if using Nismo~~... but end result not much of a difference ~~
  2. I know they charge a lot..I asked for quotes before, charge me somewhere about $800 for a fibre glass front bar copy...so I went somewhere else..
  3. was searching for carbon fibre bootlit when I came across this http://www.moto2.co.uk/acatalog/BST_Carbon...ace_Wheels.html
  4. hi, any news on the bootlid?
  5. I find old skylines will have corroding head gaskets problem..I got quoted around the $4000 to set things right as well...most ppl in this forum said it can be done within $1000.
  6. you talking about the "soft" "loud" valve thingy? it is actually connected to a small section of the catback. If I remember corerctly. But you still can custom a pipe and fit an adaptor...that "soft" and "loud" thing is fancy but not too good. The decible difference are not much, can't identify by listening..and also they tend to get stuck in one mode.. mine did that..and the motor keeps making this weird sound. I end up disconnecting..
  7. my catbat didn't arrive yet..I'm waiting on it see what happens
  8. The TK version can only be aesthetic version, nothing under the bonet. Otherwise you have to bring the vehicle in under private import. Otherwise all mods have to be stripped.
  9. my door sills arrived..beautifull quality...cheers stan
  10. hiya, wondering if fuel rails are vehicle specific, can't seem to find one to suit RB25 Neo DET.... wondering what CC injectors I'll be expecting to run aout 500rwhp, not that I'll ever run that high..just a question don't flame... alos the flow rate of the fuel pumps required...I think I may need two fuel pumps working together? anyone know specs to bosch 044? can 2x 044 works? umm and fuel regulators, how they rate these?
  11. trottle is not part of the internals =P
  12. no probs.. take your time thanks Stan.
  13. lol...yes you can....just change the value in your pfc...~~ mistake too many zeros
  14. we have to agree on the sticker length you want. Basically the shop has decided that he will produce the stickers as specified by us, length wise.. so have to do a bit of work...we have to get the measurement for R32,R33 and R34 to get it right... cheers
  15. oii oii, don't seem enough interest
  16. curious aren't those cars requiring cam lisence imported to be used on tracks only? are they legal for road use?
  17. I'g get one myself~~ I've heard news that the front side, ajoining the fenders is going to scrape the fenders ....
  18. hi, I wanted to try home turbo isntallation, I'm not sure if I got all the parts right anyways do tell me what is missing wastegate, turbo, exhaust manifold, gaskets for manifold to engine block gaskets for turbo to manifold, to dump pipe gasket from, wastegate to dump pipe (split dump pipe) oil line with braided oil line, I heard it's illegal? what sort of studs do I need? and can anyone clarify the size difference between t3 and t4 flange. GT35s they have t3 flange? I think GT35 have split pulse thingy as well..do I need special manifold for it? Also the GT35s range have an internal wastegate..so how do I connect the external ones to these? does the size of wastegate matters? does a turbo kit includes all the gaskets? I'm preety sure the manifold and dump pipes comes with manifold.. wastegate gasket? cheers
  19. I'm tempted..but GTT is not a GTR I guess..
  20. that's a lot of GTR's parked together...no unfortunately I cannot get the fatter version..sorry
  21. this is the SR20 Plenum I went to distributer, however I just realised that the package does not include any gaskets..I asked about it, and apparently autotechnica don't intend to make the gaskets... anyways I dun think I'm getting one from them...I'll get the trust ones I guess if you guys are still keen you can pm me...
  22. heya, anyone here have experience autotechnica seats, are they any good? they seem to be a good and cheaper sports seats options.. FIA approved as well.. asside from the brand, any other opinion on this?
