  1. it's r34 GTT.....no, did this very rarely....very very very...I didn't have mods on engine yet... friend's gtt can do up to 450..I'm 100km short.. the second one..reve went up but car moving slowly..I think that's definitely clutch slip...but the 1st one I thought is a bit weird....
  2. I fitted HKS filter and my car average 0-100km speed went slower...by abt 0.2-0.4s...using RSM to measure...I cannot click on stopwatch that fast...~~
  3. wow if organising a group buy I'm interested...the interior lights and the parklights~~
  4. I was trying out my 0-100km/hr speed.. I have Apexi RSM so I rev the engine steping on the clutch till the blow off valve went off...to abt 6000rpm...did that three times..let the rev went down to abt 4000rpm before relasing my clutch and slam the accelerator... that's when my problem came in...sometimes it immediately went in gear and start accelerating..however most of the time from 4000rpm as I step on the accelerator the car moves at a very slow speed, also the rpm drops a bit (although steping the accelerator full)...for 1-2 sec before the rpm starts to climb up and the car start accelerating properly also at other times when I release the clutch, the rpm just shoots up to red line although the car barely moves.......I got like 8-10s time when this happens does it mean I need to get a new clutch? or some other problem? I also have really shit fuel consumption with that....like 350km just as the orange light went on..I ask the mechanics abt it and they cannot figure out the reason... thanks
  5. the CF ...cars have to be older than 1993..that's when they change the law making Cf illegal.... pod filters have to be secured... BOV cannot be atmospheric has to plumb back... also FMIC cannot be water cooled...

  7. yeah kickers are good for noisemaking but not reallly for the quality..... try listening some rather slow pop songs..I personally feels it's as tho the base thump at different timing to the song...not flowing nicely together... but for loudenes... sound system does depend on the type of music you listening to......
  8. lol..no matter the price...get Da Vinchi soundstream....I haven't seen one in an actual car...
  9. can you source any for r34? can't seem to get them anymore..thanks
  10. umm that's not my car..I'm trying to achive sumthing simmilar to the link~~ dun want missunderstanding~~
  11. from current mods I have approx $8000 http://www.xspeed.com.au/secret.php?area=nissan&secret_id=18
  12. There are 2 types of Major pavement types rigid and flexible and different usage concrete belongs to rigid, asphalt and bitumen belongs to flexible..depending on design concrete povement uised in european countries(cannot be compared to Local Road) -bloody expensive -very durable, in fact almost no repairs needed for design life of 40yrs -as far as I know, not in use in Australia, because population are too widespread and hence cheaper to actually fix the road at regular interval Australian roads uses mainly asphalt and bitumen surfacing asphalt are a mix of gravels, sand, bitumen..cost approximately 30 times (I think can't remmeber) to bitumen surfacing on rural roads, bitumen surfacing are used.. -cheaper -shorter lifespan -as bitumen layer oxidises they loose their initial elastic charateristic and start to crack..water sips into base, layer and form potholes - not suited fo high volume of vehicle turning urban roads, asphalt - longer lifespan - has bitumen which acts as a waterproof layer before the asphalt surfacing applied - simmilar concept, with time the bitumen gets brittle -more adaptable for locations with high volume of vehicles turning the Main Roads in W.A, not sure abt sydney usually leash out contracts for private companies to take care of the road... so in fact the stretch of road may not necesarily be under the goverment charge to mantain..Y. usually potholes are fixed using this mixture called hotmix or sumthing..I can't remember...but it's basically another type of black goo stuff..to be shoved into potholes.. however if there are numerous of potholes, the whole road might have to be rehabilitated... -remove initial surfacing layer..scraping... -if base layer thickness are compacted by the yrs and vehicles passing through and are not within Austroad standard minimum requirement additionalbase layer need to be added - and when that happed, compaction is required, and few more of test and techniques which -after that surfacing the whole layer...before everythign done.. fixing a stretch of road is costly and take more than a day to be done...so usually roadworks are done during night time closing one lane at a time...and fixing that particular lane.. if that stretch of road is crutial, some serious traffic planning has to be done...if traffic is to be diverted on another road...the volume might exeed the design parameter of that particular road..and end up damaging that road.. this is a main road to syney so there'd be a high volume traffic so traffic disruption is less tolarable..I'm not sure how long the road has been in this condition, but there'll probably plans to restore the road...but will take sometime for approval and paperworks... ~~
  13. the reason for insurance to be more expensive at youger age because teenagers are hot blooded; lesser patience, drink driving, has higher tendency to get into accidents, with or without powerfull car... are promises powerfull enough to tempt you from vrooming ~~

  16. yah,I got a pfc..I'm after somewhere 400hp on rb25 and the stock afm will not work..up to how much power does Z32afm good for? thanks
  17. does anyone know the exact reason for ppl to switch over to Z32 afm? I searched the forum before...found out that they are of the same diameter...and possibly giving different voltage... the larger afm 90mm dia is from infinity Q45 so why do more ppl choose to upgrade more to Z32 afm in comparison to the infinity afm? are there any aftermarket afm available? has anyone changed into Z32 or infinity afm in their r34? I know it can be done in r32 and 33s..but haven't actually heard for r34.. thanks

  20. those S cost like $16 or sumthing >< the front ones... but I dunno where to gert them...yah offtopic as well ~~ where to get those stuff..hehhe
  21. huumm yah insurance ex, loan very limited...and once you mod, you can't stop..broke for the few yrs after....and when you re-sale the price drop like mad...so it's a money loosing investment...the mods have no re-sale value to enter Autosalon I'm thinking mods in the order of at least $20,000 which is more than the car price itself~~ but then you had fun~~ just drive safely =)
  22. I like the wing..got one of those as well...~~ what's wrong with the T-wing~~hehehe..aside from it looks really low from some angle I like the bonet thingy..and dun think can get a yellow sticker for that...
