  1. I work in IT and I tend to put my hand up for old systems when they are being thrown out (working or not) as I use to parts or combine systems and give working PC's to friends etc. The time has come to have a big clean out. I've listed prices against things but there's also a list of gear I need for my track car at the bottom that I'd be happy to trade for. Make me an offer and we'll sort something out. I'd much prefer pickup with this stuff (I'm in Albury Wodonga) and the older and non-functioning systems will be sent as parts if not being picked up (no case included) you can have the case if you pickup though or if you really want it you can pay to have it sent. The first two machines will be sold complete. Preference will be given to those who can pickup, as I just dont have the time or want the hassle of sending off all this gear. However I realise there's gonna be some postage involved. I'll be more willing to lower the price for local pickup though. Most systems also have Power supplies but these aren't included unless you really want them (no extra cost though besides postage). In a few weeks whatever is left over will be binned and people are welcome to come and get stuff then too but I won't be sending anything at that point. I have a bunch of old optical drives lying about too that you can have with any system for no extra if you like. Be sure to mention if you want any cables etc and I'll see what I have No HDD unless stated as I use them or bin them straight away if they are faulty OK here we go! ***Complete systems*** 1x Media Centre PC - $400 ono Small form factor (Black cube case with clear perspex windows on all sides, case and perspex have various scratches all over) Case also includes blue led display that shows case temperature. 2. We've booked a cabin and we're in with the rest of you so should be fun. We'll just be staying the Saturday night and will drive up in the morning on Saturday and meet you all at Winton. All of my friends bailed on me so it'll just be me and the missus this time but if DECA shep was anything to go by there's more than enough friendly people around to make up for it. Side note: The 18th is my birthday so I might be in fine form on the Saturday night EDIT: As this will be my first sprint in this car and I barely know it I'm going to do Driver Training Do you get to choose the Trainer?
  3. Legend, thanks Bec
  4. What's the go with accomodation, from what I can see there's only a few places left with those dates available. I can see there's also a few self contained cottage things available for 77-105 a night which cuold be good if people are interested in sharing.
  5. First timers, like me, might want to take a quick look at this doc from the WRX forums http://www.wrx.com.au/motorsport/Motorspor...es_for_2009.doc
  6. I think I need to take a look at the full regulation so I know what is required of my car etc. Where are these? I'm assuming these docs will also give me a full run down on each class and what's included in driver training (as in time any timed laps or not)
  7. Hmm ok, so who does the training and how is it conducted or is DT a fancy way of saying non timed laps by yourself?
  8. Ahh OK. So is Driver training it's own class and if I go for DT does that mean I don't do timed laps with everyone else? Does it also mean I'd have to pay the entry fee of 165 and the DT fee of 135?
  9. Hah, yeah maybe. So is that definitely the class I'll be in as I've not even seen a list of available choices.
  10. "Over 3 litre" ??? Is there some noob/novice class for people who have only done 500k's in the car since they bought it
  11. The Supp Regs don't have a list of classes, though I'm pretty sure I'll be in the Novice catagory.
  12. Gotta get rid of these guys, need a new turbo before the SAU track day on the 18th Rims for sale

Can be reached on 0427 928 304, [email protected] and via PM Cheers
  15. yeah what mitchy said, these are multi - stud PCD 100 Will go onto pulsars and some exa's though.
  16. Yeah I think you're right, the issue becomes brake bias then as the GT-R had larger rears so more pressure is valved back there. I might have to go a BM50 from an ABS S14 and either get the third port tapped in or use a T piece like some of the others have done.
  17. Turns out what I'm after is a BM50 from an S chassis car instead, so s14 or s15 but it has to be non ABS =\
  18. I'm not having a lot of luck getting clear answers over on NS and I always had a good run on SAU so I'll give it a bash here. I've got a non abs equipped S13 that now has S15 front calipers (stock rears) I need to upgrade my master cylinder to give me back some pedal feel and have been told a BM50 would be ideal as this was fitted to cars carrying my calipers. I'm just wanting to know if there's a non abs version of this (3 outlet ports) that will line up with my existing brake lines. Prefer a BMC from an S chassis car as Skylines have larger rear brakes and will upset my brake bias if I use a BMC from one of those. Cheers
  19. Yeah picked up a pair of great condition R32 GT-R pews with rails for $500 delivered, the missus loves them too so I lashed out and got her one too lol Clutch was fine, it was wet on and off and my car makes SFA power Keep pluggin away mate, you'll get there.
  20. Hah, well done mate, will be good to see the S13 kicking hard at the next DECA day, will you be making the SAU track day on the 18th? Yeh Winton was good, my first time driving the car decently since I bought it 2mths ago. Only done 500 odd k's in it as I've been doing mods etc since I got it, about 100 with the new shocks and had never drifted before so it was a massive learning experience and I had a blast despite spinning out countless times. Was a nice bonus to drive it there and home without any issues after a day of third gear clutch kicking action lol Might skip the fun day on the 4th so I have enough time to get my GT-R seats in, brakes finished, oil cooler in and maybe a turbo - see how we go lol
  21. No worries Nick, Just head over here and take your pick... http://www.budget.com.au/vehicles/cars/default.aspx?
