  1. Yeah will be doing the Winton Sprint Series too so going for CAMS, VicDrift membership went through yesterday so should be right to go with signup for CAMS now. Sweet! I'll keep an eye out for the smoke plumes My little CA won't quite go that hard but it should be fun. Picked myself up a set of 17" Sparco's with rubber ready to burn yesterday
  2. Hah, don't tell me that Nick, I need all the help I can get! Also big thumbsup to Ryan mixing it up and pulling off some awesome times. You'll have to PM me and tell me what's done to that SilEighty, she must be a bit of a weapon (or maybe you're The Stig?)
  3. Congrats guys top effort all round. We've clearly got some highly skilled drivers among us. If I'm lucky some of it might rub off on me
  4. ROFL Results page bookmarked. Come on RB POWA!
  5. Actually that makes more sense. Despite being $15 a year more expensive in annual member ship, u only need to attend a couple drift events to make it back via the $10 saving VicDrift members get. Nice thinking!
  6. CAMS it is then, guess I'm about to become an SAU VIC member. Cheers
  7. What will the CAMs license get me that the AASA one wont as you need to be a member of something like SAU VIC to get the CAMs license the AASA one works out cheaper. Any limitations I should be aware of?
  8. I'll be there, getting my new S13 track/drift car ready for this event in particular as this will be the first serious shakedown and I have no experience. Be sure to give me a wide birth
  9. Don't forget the track day at Winton on the 18th!
  10. Them's fighting words! Though I'm conflicted... I'm an RB fan but I did just buy an S13 as my little track/drift fun car. Cadet powered though so I can stay out of the SR/RB battle
  11. I'm only just getting back into the car scene so didn't even know this was on so won't be attending Next year I'm up for it though, possibly able to support someone as I don't think my little S13 track car is really worth entering Although by then I might have bought msyelf another R... Go team RB! Sorry Ryan =\
  12. Yay Nissan Powa
  13. I've got some pics up on Facebook, this link should be public. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=1155...mp;l=137aca50bf Leigh: Confirm your email addy for me, I have a couple more pics for you as promised.
  14. Back home in Wodonga now, am I'm stuffed as but had an awesome time. Big thanks to everyone involved in organising the event was my first event and will definitely not be my last. Thanks to Chris and Ben for allowing me to ride shotgun in your GT-Rs (and Leon in the 180) and putting up with me bitching about how I wish I didn't sell my R, I'll rectify that in time I'm looking forward to seeing some pics and vids, I have some shocking ones from that Mexican joint, I'll go through'em and get'em up soon. Cheers all
  15. She's gotta go guys. Give me a buzz on 0409120179 Cheers Mitsubishi Mirage
  16. PM Sent Hoping SydneyKid will make an appearance in here also. Tried to PM him but his box is full.
  17. I'm looking at putting some new shocks in my track/drift S13 and I'm tossing up between all the cheapy coilovers. D2, ISC, BC, G4's, HSD's etc. And the other option of putting something like Bilstiens in it with good sway bars and springs. But I don't think that gives me camber adjustment on the shock without adding camber bushes. What are people using, how much did it cost and what do you think after having done it? 1400 is about the limit for the coilovers. Cheers guys P.S. I'm new to all this silvia business, I've had a Series II R33 and a Series II R33 GT-R bot this is my first Sil so be gentle
  18. Looks like she's sold but if any changes I'll update.
