  1. Hey all, If you know the brand and model of this wheel, could you please let me know! Thank you in advance. Cheers, George
  2. Hi Stuart, You'll find most people interested in V-Series Skylines will look at V36 Sedan's if they're after something more practical and larger than a V35 / V36 Coupe. The Crossover's are definitely a different kind of beast compared to the Sedans. I've driven one and it's not my cup of tea... that being said, they look good and are well appointed, I just felt claustrophobic sitting in one, and had visibility issues with blind spots. Purchasing a 2013 370GT Crossover is a pretty special thing though, as it's very very new! ...and super rare for Aus! Good luck and I hope you find happiness in your new car
  3. Ah yes... Ye 'ol Fagaro FK(that)10... Perfect car for making a Mighty Car Mods episode in. That's about it. PS: The +M Supercharged by Modellista is very special... in fact too special for Australia currently
  4. Hey Greg, once I had updated the info on the ad (less is more approach), completed the photo shoot and changed my price to something that I thought was absolutely on the money... The answer is Yes... and a very happy new owner $23,300 FIRM
  5. That's not a 1JZ... *THIS* is a 1JZ! I see you know how to play knifey spoony... The JZS171 Crown Athlete V's were the last of the 1JZ-GTE Crowns (or any Toyota for that matter, outside of the JZX110 Mark II).
  6. With a New Year ahead of me, comes a New Car... this time I'm looking at importing something different to my Nissan dominated past (R31, Z32, S14, GF50, V35, V36)... The car will be Toyota, Sedan, Automatic, Turbocharged, Straight 6... which leads me to the JZX100 Chaser, JZX100 Mark II, JZX110 Mark II and JZS171 Crown I'm curious to see what current (and previous) V-Series owner's would choose if they were swinging towards Toyota's 1JZ-GTE camp. PS: I'm aware this post may be seen as blasphemy among current V-Series owners... Please feel free to discuss your reasoning for why you choose a particular vehicle from the poll....
  7. Well spotted R377. One would think that wide 20" wheels with low profile tires on adjustable coilover suspension (at minimum legal ride height) would result in harsh ride quality... But I'm here to tell you that I'm an absolute believer, after having owned this V36 Skyline... the ride quality is excellent and the road noise (whilst present) is low... the car handles beautifully and soaks up all the imperfections in the road very well... not to mention never bottoming out or having difficult with spoon drains / speed humps. To say that I was impressed, upon first driving this V36 Skyline is an understatement.
  8. Hey Charlie, what can I say...? I'm a car enthusiast! A new JDM car a year, is the life for me I'll make sure I bring in something special each time
