  1. i dont think you can feel much difference in power delivery(still same housing) while the advantage being stronger and more reliable.
  2. awesome find! breathtaking just watching it! how fast was the JUN 350Z again?
  3. Hi SydneyKid: What is the optimum ride height for an R34 GTT coupe? I am thinking about getting these Bilstein shocks from the group buy, but how well does the standard springs work with bilstein shocks? are they still a comprimise compared to the springs you offer? I only want to decrease the body roll a little for corners and reduce the ride height for appearance sack, but still want to do it the right way. and I mainly use the car for street. would you still recommend stabiliser bars for what i want? would factory stabiliser bars and springs work well with just bilstein shocks? thanks
  4. all respect for Takuma Sato who brought Super Aguri p10! beating their primary team Honda!
  5. Great start to the new season for Kimi Raikkonen yeah bad luck to Massa but looks like Ferrari will have a dog fight with Mclaren and BMW(!!) this year, all top 5 qualifying times are so close.
  6. hi stan, can you pm me with the prices for r34 gtt carbon boot lid and carbon rear bar aprons, if you can still get these. thanks jason
  7. power belongs to r32 gtr safety: r32gtr has 4 wheels drive, gtt has airbags reliability goes to gtt for its younger age. different car for different purpose. tough choice here.
  8. Thank you Sydneykid, this is the one constructive recommendation I was looking for. Did not know these associated benefits with cams (lower dynamic compression ratio and etc.) but it seems to answer all of my questions. I will give cams a try and see if it does the magic on the NEO. Cheers
  9. who says u cant have 300rwkw and a engine that can last at that power level? no i have already spent a lot of money on my car to make 288rwkw. iwas simply just looking for one more mod to reach 300. i didnt think spending another $2k to get cams is a cost effective way to achieve the mere extra 10-15rwkw that i was looking for but Sydneykid just gave the solution to my question. so there you go, i can have 300rwkw with a engine that can last and that would give me improved response just by installing cams. this is the last mod for the car and i CAN have my cake and eat it! cheers
  10. e46 too good to ruin it. if you must, drop in a 2j.
  11. as mentioned on my previous posts my goal is 300rwkw. i know 288rwkw is enough for many people and it is "impractical" on the street, but i just want to chase 300rwkw out of the NEO then i will be content. i also would like to make the turbo to hit full boost earlier, as you mentioned: response is what you want from a street car, so im trying to find that one "cost-effective" mod that can get me the extra 12rwkw whilst giving me better response. cheers
  12. didnt know this thread is back and live again. ok, all above prices are "first phone call" quotes from reputable workshops so im sure they will be cheaper after negotiation. 2k+ for cams includes some sort of porting job for the head, i remember they mentioned. At 288rwkw my td06-25g does feel laggy (full boost not until 4000rpm) this is one problem im trying to solve without having to change the turbo (cams being the obvious solution at a cost). cheers
  13. that fiat panda was so ridiculously
  14. half cuts are available but not as many as r34/33/32s. but you shouldnt have to worry about that since the V35 is a relatively new and reliable car in the first place.
  15. another vote for corolla. heres a manual 1.6 twin cam for $2.9k AE82
  16. Some hilarious Limos for your viewing pleasure, if you have not already watched it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fz0769tiiBs&eurl=
