Sorry if I'm in the wrong section but I'm a complete IT train wreck and have no idea. I've been trying to make this pic my new Avatar but for the life of me I can't get it to work !! It's driving me NUCKIN FUTZ !!! I reduced the size of the pic to the size of a pin head and still no joy !! Help please.

When it comes to an exhaust system, there's a bit more to consider than just price IMO. I learned the hard way as I started modding cars back in the late 80's that it's all a balancing act that's easy to get wrong. The system has to be made of good quality materials ( I prefer heavy gauge Stainless Steel ) and has to be well built, have good flow properties, livable ( no big drone ) and legal ( for most ). Any Exhaust Shop can knock up a cheap cat-back for you but in one way or another you'll find out why it was cheap. Whatever it is about this cheap system may even be a novelty for a while but soon enough, the problem / fault will drive you nuts !! Hi-Tech has a great reputation for systems that cover all the good categories but the "only" complaint I've heard, is about the note / sound and they are sometimes too quiet for some people ( usually on nissan turbo's ). Getting a 2.5" cat-back from Hi-Tech for $400 - $700 installed sounds like an awesome deal to me so long as it's a complete Stainless Steel system. Otherwise that is an "OK" price. No I don't work for Hi-Tech, nor have in the past, nor have a mate who works there, nor am I getting kick-backs Anyway, that's just my 2 cents.

Um, I saw a Citroen ( spelling ) C6 yesterday and I'll vote that to be the ugliest car ever !! Have seen pics but yesterday seeing it the flesh was like looking and a big shiny turd As for that chinese thing above, it might not be real pretty but the bellows thing is kinda interesting. Extra space and the area's still protected so you could take a big TV home even if it's raining etc etc.

My bad. I'll change the original post to reflect an "Upcoming Sale" as opposed to a EOI. They will be for sale. I'm just waiting on a new set of 18" wheels to come in from SA so I can try them ( make sure they clear the calipers etc ) and then if the're all good, I'll be buying them, getting tyres, and slapping them on straight away. Then the 17's will be washed and ready for sale

I'd rather selling the lot cause the tyres on their own still take up too much room. BTW, I'm in Sutherland, NSW. I'll let you ( and the other's who PM'd me ) know if I decide to drop the price.

The wheels are Bronze A-Tech Final Speed, Monoblock Alloy wheels in > 2 wheels 17" x 8" ( offset +38 They fit 32, 33 GTS-T & 34 GT-T FRONTS without spacers & good caliper clearance ) > 2 wheels 17" x 9" ( offset +36 They fit 32, 33 GTS-T & 34 GT-T REARS without spacers & good caliper clearance ) > 2 wheels 17" x 9" ( offset +22 They fit 32, 33 & 34 GT-R without spacers & good caliper clearance ) These wheels are VERY light !! ( Some of the wheels will need some minor / better paint touch-ups in the wheel nut area than what I did if you're really anal No gutter rash on any wheels and they are all straight & true. ) No they do not have any poofy center caps. WORTH MENTIONING: These wheels have all the data markings required for them to be eligable for Engineering Approval ( unlike many wheels out there now ). No hassles from the cops !! ALL SOLD Here's some pics showing how they fit on my 32 GTS-T..... and here's what they looked like on my 34 ( they fill the gaurds on the 34 much the same as on the 32 ). Sydney sale only. Need $'s and room in the garage so these have to go. I was keeping them because they have history and are kinda "Old Skool Cool" The wheels are a little dirty and have very minor marks but otherwise are straight and sound. The tyres are..........you ready for this............. Yokohama AVS AV1-50i's and they were on the GT-R that became the Gibson Motorsport Winfield GT-R that Terry Ashwood now has ( I got them off Terry some years ). So....... That means that these tyres are circa 1990ish and are as seasoned as a set of tyres could ever be and are prol suitable for display or drift destruction only. They still hold pressure and look to be sound but use em at your own risk The tyres are the old style and are super FAT for 225/50/16's and look awesome ( IMO ). Looking for $400 , $300 $250 for the pair and pick-up only please.
