Stuff up on my part NENGUN had them advertised as a MOMO Boss kit, I presumed that was a MOMO Boss for the MOMO wheel I bought also, Turns out its a Boss 'extension' kit for a MOMO wheel.....Basically bolts to the wheel and the boss to bring the Wheel 50mm closer to you I notice NENGUN have now changed the Wording on there Site........ -
Also, I know they dont normally allow Specatators in the Competitors entry but can 'Skyline' driving Spectators park with the competitors on the night....?

For people coming from NOR down the freeway i'd suggest a fillup at BP THOMPSONS LAKE (Gateways Shopping centre). Exit the freeway at Beeliar / Armadale Rd just on RH Side of Bridge is BP Then Jump back on Freeway BTW, IMHO Octane Boosters are waste of time unless you are planning to run more boost, Advance your timing or you basically think you are going to get Detonation on the night, putting Octane booster into your 10psi Boosted Skyline will do nothing

FTR: I have just watched an R32 GTR torrent file, I think its an old BMI Video from 1989, they have incar footage of standard R32 GTR around the Nurburgring, speedo was hitting 240kmh. Then later tested over the QTR = 13.32 Then on a Banked High speed circuit = 247kmh My Speed limiter cuts in at 181kmh as I found out at the drags which is basically top of 3rd in a GTR. Can anyone remember which wire it is on the ECU you cut to disable the speed limiter? Or point me in the direction of a thread that does...... -

I'll come down for a look see... Was there a few weeks back with GTR did 3 pass's all 12.6s @ 181 with 2.1 60fts No mods since then so not much point racing Should be good night however

Hell yes perfect combo for lazy people like me Car does look good mate.......IMHO All a GTR needs is a bigger set of wheels (original ones look a bit puny these days), also any body modifactions to them ruins it for me

Top Gear would be far and away the best car orientated show on TV. Sooo much better than the crap generally presented to us in here Australia such as Drivetime.... Yet people still whinge and carry on about it.....FFS

Even missing a gear the GTR will win...... Mine (R32 GTR) recently ran 3 x 12.6's nursing the clutch off the line (2.1 60fts) and hitting the speed limiter at the end 181kmh. All it has is a Full 3" exhaust and a pair of 2560s running standard boost (factory ECU etc) The Merc will not run sub 13's

I bought mine 20K landed and I could'nt have asked for better cond, I am still very happy. I have spent a lot of money but mostly all by choice ie $5000 on new Turbos & $1200 on Front and Dump pipes. 2 x Water pumps died on it however putting the fan thru the Radiator on both occassions, but this now seems to be rectified (Fan imbalance). Other than that I ain't spent nothing on mine and am using it as daily transport atm......doin around 15L / 100kms (much more when I get up it!) There is a lot of Shite out there, but dont be to put off there are some good ones as well http://users.tpg.com.au/realj/home1.jpg

Totally stock vs totally stock i'd give it to the 25GTS-T Although neither are particularly fast in standard form. Dont however under estimate the potential of the humble single cam RB30ET. I got my old R31 to 340+rwHP a lot cheaper than I am atm with my RB26

Just dont be fooled by all the Hype surrounding 89 models as 'crap' and 92 models as 'good'. It only takes a second of detionation to hurt an engine, and trust me it can happen to anything once you start playing with them. Buy on condition

No, the R34 GTR won the STi and EVO were closing however, R32 GTR got smoked....I 'think' even the NA V35 Skyline beat it the R33 did not fare much better. In a handling battle standard Sti everytime over standard GTR, only on the more open sweeping stuff will the GTR be better. I have been on quite a few PerthWRX cruizes / hillclimbs etc now to know how nimble they are. Straight line I have had a rolling start run with an 04 - 05 STi and my then standard GTR was slightly faster (overtaking it at walking pace), until it hit the 180kmh limiter

Italy, like in Rome is bad...very bad..But on the motorways over there driving is fantastic, I drove all over Europe, no one hogs the 'Fast' lane it is for overtaking pure and simple...once your done move back over...seems so simple...yet the majority of Perth drivers find it so hard!

Sound Difference Between Skyline And Vl

VL and r31 run different gear ratios (VLs being 3.45:1 - R31 3.7:1 or 3.889:1) Any sound difference at all will be in the exhaust...simple -
What's Best Clutch For 250kw@all Four?

I've always ran Button clutches in the past, with no failures yet. My GTR clutch is on its last legs atm, so will stick with what I know and run a 5 puck brass Button Sprung centre in it, as they are very driveable, and reletively cheap (approx $500). I'm not into drag racing so hard launches not really an issue for me -
Leave it on...... Dont succumb to the current 'Fad' of removing rear spoilers

Oh I dont know I loved the Durability & predictablity of the Mini spool in my old 340rwHP R31. It could be thrown around with ease, No understeer to talk of, the only issue being stress on certain parts of car and low speed maneuverability.

From my Experience so far Factory ECU does not like Turbo upgrades to much, Mine runs a pair of GT2560Rs, Trust Greddy Dumps and front pipe, 14psi and gets 315rwHP. Runs extremely rich over 5000rpm, restricting power. For me now to get 450rwHP (similar to your goal) I would require a PowerFC and some larger injectors (probably SARD 700cc) and some adjustable cam gears, add a more boost she'll hit 450 All up in parts alone you'd be looking at around $6500.

Depends..... How goods your welding....? Carefull not to go overboard with the weld and Fu<k the bearings. Buy a spool they are dirt cheap bought mine for $110
