  1. find a new mechanic. thats all i'll say
  2. its the master cyln...bin it and get a new one. my 32 had this issue for AGES, no one could figure it out. after driving it for a few hours everything heated up and the clutch peddle became rock hard and the clutch peddle engagement point was right at the top. tried adjusting it and so forth but this made no difference at all. So i figured its got to do with the hydraulic fluid expanding, normally theres a port in the MC to allow for it (as the peddle engagement point should be the same no matter what the temp) and i stripped mine down and cleaned it out... it was blocked with some crap and put it back in and still didnt work. so i got a new one and all is sweet now.
  3. it was... but wheel clearance was a MAJOR bitch and i didnt want to do any cutting in that area as it was structual so yeah... gay i know Some more progress.. thanks hayden for getting out of bed and painting my shit on your holidays haha.
  4. bit of an update, been slow going with christmas shit happening. anyway i polished up the dump and screamer, bolted it all on and the exhaust side of things is all done. looks sweet as hell!! Then got to work making a battery box for the rear shelf. the idea is that i want it removeable so i can get to fuel tank. but also nice and solid. will have a hinged lid on the front to allow access to the battery, it isnt finished yet but you get the idea. amd plate mounted! looks cool. that blue thing above it is a strobe light lol.
  5. need a 34 RB25 ecu... stocker that is, in working condition. either manual or auto but must be DET ecu pm me with what you have.
  6. I need a R34 RB25 ecu from either a manual or auto not fussed. must be in working condition as i bought one from some guy recently and it doesnt fkn work.... not happy but im after another one. PM me with what u got. Cheers Simon
  7. yup. i had the same noise. Its quite common on RB's and really the tension of the timing belt has to be spot on... too loose and it makes this noise or too tight and it can cause other issues. all i did to fix mine was tension up the belt a bit more and away i went, was a brand new belt anyway so replacement wasnt needed but in your case you have a belt. chuck the kit in and be done with it
  8. Exhaust all done (except for screamer) looks insane! if anyone is after QUALITY fab work Andrew from AM Performance is the man to see. you can contact him on [email protected] or his phone is 0401 865 373 heres the pics.
  9. got a seat now! Exhaust well underway.

  11. should hit the track early feb!
  12. got my front wheels on, wound in some low on the coilovers and they sit ok for now... i'll see how it drives first and then i might lower it some more yet, andrew got to work doing the exhaust... got the mufflers done today and had a set back involving the air compressor catching on fire lol.
  13. you'd be crazy to go 26 path unless its well built. look at all the issue tom has had. even trent had issues with cat's motor when they first got it out but that was soon sorted.
  14. any decent wrecker should have a start up warrenty of at least 30 days to cover things like this... basically from the day you start it they will cover engine issues or a blown turbo. they usually hold onto the ECU or something from the half cut til you are ready to start the car as some ppl can take weeks or so. im assuming this is an RB25 into a 32?
  15. thats great, but not what what i want.
  16. Ive got two mint cond stock s2 rb25 turbos for sale, both are in same perfect condition, one comes without the elbow thats all. s2 25 turbo without elbow $350 S2 25 turbo with elbow $400 pm me or sms 0409 567 603
  17. yeah fair enough, but im talking about buying local, and any local dealer will have a warrenty scheme. if they dont then they shouldnt be in business.
  18. i live in SA, bought several sets from O1G, freight wasnt that much and even if you add the freight on top, still cheaper then tyre shops.
