yeh true. im probably biased, but id go a toyota then the swift. used to work for suzuki, great little cars.

no idea on prices, they just came out like a week ago. im guessing low 20's for the base models. old corollas would be on the run out if u were chasing a good deal.

they are actually pretty well packaged together. good reliability too, and economical.

i heard the gearboxes are pretty shite, perhaps that was the auto version. cant remember. they look alrite, but as simon said, buy a stagea lol

i am with vigil car insurance, formerly unique car insurance have been with them for a year and a bit, with my r32, and now my stag. was expensive-ish with the 32, was around the 1800-2000 mark, went down as rating went down. now with the stag, i pay $960 full comp. im 22, with 2 speeding fines and no accidents pretty good considering my age, only downfall is that i cant pay monthly, only quarterly half yearly or yearly. btw, custom car insurance sucks the wang, they f**ked me around pretty good lol

my figures roughly: 3/4 - 80-100 1/2 - 150-160 1/4 - 200-220 best i got was 330 while on the G.O.R (wtf?) normally,most driving is stop start too.

ryno wont insure you unless you are rating 3 or under. same with vigil, so if ur not a rating 3 or under, no go obviously. what rating are you?

i think 10,000 is the max they will pay on 3rd party fire and theft. i saw it on the new ads they have on tv now.

i have been with vigil since late '05, at that time i was 21, now 22. ask to speak with someone else. this is my second car i have had insured with them. gio is a waste, dont bother unless u want to fork out $2500 + and they also have no idea whats going on. pm me if u wish to ask questions. cheers jarryd.

yeh i did. he was awesome to deal with, always calling me with updates and shit couldnt have been happier. when i first went to look at it, it started to rain, and he goes do u mind if i put it in the garage? i was like, yeh this is the car to buy. and the fact that he imported it himself was a bonus. knows pretty much its history.
