i just bought a stagea, and was actually looking for a series 2. all were priced in the range of 18,000-20,000. (dealer prices) and one privatly wanted 20k also i ended up buying an S1 with full leather and dual sunroofs for 16.3k. 1 owner vehicle in jap, i am now the second owner here in oz. has all import papers etc. you can usually look at the exterior/interior to justify the kms of the vechicle. mine has "71,000" on the clock, and i believe it, the interior is immac. and overall the car is clean and it was a garaged vehicle. its up to you, but i couldnt justfy ~4k thereabouts for the exact same car bar a few differences in the motor/gearbox and styling. like your partner, i didnt like the fog lights in the grille. goodluck with the purchase. once you buy one, you will never look back! cheers jarryd.

yeh, ill try keep the polishing etc up so it doesnt fade... it cost me $16,300 with a years reg and rwc. also has all the import papers and he gave me 6 wheels (4x stockies and 2x work wheels) everything he had, he gave me for nothing. yes, melb stagea cruise is good idea. and lol, im sorry.

In the future, i plan to do the following: Full exhaust get it lowered SAFCII or AFC neo and tune SITC if i can find one possibly a FMIC and a slight boost increase.... sorry for shit photos, i dont work very well at 7am in the morning.

ring a couple of exhaust shops mate i had a full 3" s/s exhaust made up (custom) for 1k. this was on my old 32 gtst. got it done at Tidd brothers exhaust in spotswood. should be able to make one up for ya.

the gio one is called custom car insurance they f**ked me around last week got a quote, then i went to take it out, they said im sorry, but we have made a mistake. original quote was $969 a year full comp the new quote was $2600 lol for a stock as rock s1 stagea. i have now taken out insurance again with vigil. $927 a year full comp, pay $250 quarterly.
