    mine does that too.... havnt fixed it yet.... getting it retuned shortly tho... ive replaced coils, plugs, cleaned AFM. yet to change 02 sensor...thats comming soon... but mine runs rough all the time, changing gears, down shifting etc..... ever since i had a major service done, perhaps the timing is out... dont know.

    would u ship the airbox to melb? if so, how much? cheers

    just make sure that if u buy a Rav4, check the timing belt and tensioners out. owners tend not to change them

    Rav4 dont even bother with the Vitara. prone to snapping timing chains etc... rav4s are great, havnt seen many problems with them. for about 13k u should be able to get a Rav4, that would be a 1994 onwards model (SXA11) same motor as the camrys, so they are reliable. parts are easy to get, and suzuki parts can be hard to get. id take the rav4. hope that helps jarryd

    iac motor is on the throttle body. aac valve is at the back of the plenum. cant remember exactly what nissan did, but it worked.

    check the pump, resevoir or the high pressure lines comming off the pump and resevoir. or it could be comming from the rack itself.... hope that helps.

    i vote IAC valve or AAC valve.... fuel problems would be o2 sensor. i had the same idle prob, except mine just idled at 2500rpm nissan plugged their computer in and sorted it all out.. good luck mate.

    OEM fuel filters are always dearer. but they are a better product overall. stay with genuine. ive seen ryco, repco etc filters leaking etc.... the prices u got are good. pretty normal. what nissan dealer was it?

    pretty sure they have been doing maintenance on those cameras for a while now. i remember a few months ago i was turning right onto ftg rd from stud rd, and i got snapped going thru a green light doing like 25kms. so did every other driver. ive seen them working on the cameras during the day, that was a few weeks ago tho. so maybe they arent right still...
