  1. You would be the first person I have met that actually likes the series 1 rear spoiler over the series 2. Good luck with the purchase! Chris
  2. Very nice 33 mate mine is the same series 2 1997 model except in sonic silver. By the way the needle shouldnt be going all the way to +7 as that means its running about 1 bar or 14-15psi. 10psi is around the notch below it. Cheers Chris
  3. I installed a blitz front mount in mine the other week and I was expecting a a change in throttle response but to my amazement it wasnt that bad at all. Chris
  4. Very Nice car and good luck with it. I wished my first car was a skyline but I got there in the end. I agree with GTST you seem to be beyond your age there should be more teenagers around like you. Cheers Chris
  5. Yep go the stagea much easier solution then stuffing around with a 33 gts-4 engine.

  10. Mate, I have a series 2 R33 manual I might be interested in swapping. What year model is yours and is it a GT-X GT-V etc. Cheers Chris
  11. Nope series 2 33's dont have steel wheels they all have ceramic exhaust wheels. Its just the compressor side has a nylon wheel instead of a steel. Cheers Chris

  13. Series 2 RB25 AFM's are different. Chris
  14. If its missing under load then yeah it sounds like a coil playing up. Replacing the plugs is just a quick fix.
  15. Do you have a non standard steering wheel? if you do it could be the problem its caused by the sensor. If you do then its nothing to worry about if its the factory wheel then you have problems. Cheers Chris
  16. Thats is probably one of the best posts I have ever read. Cheers Chris
  17. The readout on your SAFC should be accurate as you would be getting that reading straight from the ECU. Cheers Chris
  18. SAFC neo is just a VAFC and SAFC put together. VAFC are for Vtec motors. It depends what your power goal is if your planning on sticking with the stock turbo and are happy with around 200rwkw then go a SAFC. If down the track you want a bigger turbo and are chasing more power id go the Power fc. But with prices of the Power fc these days you would be silly not to consider it. And no they are all generic you dont need a specific one for an R33 Cheers Chris
  19. Ive got one on my series 2 and its working fine. There a minor changes to the SAFC (bluescreen) and SAFC2 Cheers Chris
  20. You can get them with Vg30det's as well that come with forged pistons from the factory a much better choice then the twin turbo jobby. I like them and wouldnt mind one myself. Cheers Chris
  21. Everyone hear knows that R33's except the GTR use a push type clutch dont they???
  22. Hi Col, I was in the same position as you and its most definently a Push type clutch if it helps you mine is a 1997 series 2 R33. Cheers Chris
  23. Hey mate your not keen in trades are you? Chris
