  1. were you drop kicked on your head as a baby? can you not see the camber on the uprights?
  2. my D90 seems to handle ISO1600 just fine with no noise :\
  3. designed this on saturday morning... now building it. hopefully my maths and calculations works and it doesn't fall on itself. need to stain the pine and ply with "black japan" and walnut. then let it dry.... was hoping it'd be a lil dryer than it is today though
  4. lol I can just picture 5 or 6 of you guys rolling around in matte black. you're all unique... together, all of you
  5. Sure as shit looks like an LS7 to me. One on display by holden has a red engine bay, and Chooka's got black. Unless holden stripped down a rare collectible and repainted it, my money's on it being chooka's.
  6. Well I'm an admin, so I can mod everywhere, but this is my little pet section that I started up, so I try to keep an eye on it I got no probs with you or toffy as a mod, I'll have to run it past the other admins though before we give you the necessary permissions.
  7. Hard times at Holden I guess. guess the value of your mate's car just dropped
  8. It's what happens when a bunch of chavs try to make a japan style drift hack. Its cool if you're a japanese kid ona $500 budget, but that car's in the UK isn't it? Leave the Euro wheels on the Euro.
  9. yeah I mod this when I get the time, but I'm not in here all the time. Let me know when you guys decide and I'll run it past the other admins and hook it up.
  10. 10 bucks says you don't have the balls to pull off that stance and look and end up with a shitty banged up R32 that neither looks practical nor baller.
  11. I thought these two activities went hand in hand and weren't mutually exclusive? Also, buy my ceffy kent. RB20 turbo 4 door sedan.
  12. KAACHING. value of ceffy just went up. thanks for playing.
  13. zomg. perfect size for the kakimoto widebody. don't have to resort to stretching 355 corvette tyres anymore.
  14. well the way I thought it worked was as glare being diffracted light and reflections being reflected light, and a polarizer will only permit light in one plane to enter the lens. So my assumption is that a CPL will remove glare, but will only remove the intensity of a reflection, but not completely.
  15. yeah CPL filer might not work too well on cars, if anything it'll cut the glare in the reflection, but it won't cut out the reflection.
  16. should've offered to buy it off insurance before it went to auction.
  17. In the city, Hutong is good. Camy's is better Link Bit further out, there's Auntie's Link In Glenny there's JG's Link They're all good. They're cheap, they look nasty, but the food is awesome. Don't go there if you're trying to impress people with decor or expect quality service though. Golden rule with dumpling houses is that the ruder the staff, the better the food.
  18. yeah RWC is piss easy in NSW as an extra amount over the usual cost will get you a blue slip or whatever it's called no inspection necessary. It used to be $100 over usual costs at one stage, but workshops started undercutting each other. That system is flawed due to corruption, and due to the inability to police on such a large scale.
  19. no n00blet, its a brand of nitrous. duh.
  20. do the bootlid roof and bonnet to start with... see if you like it.
  21. matte black will only look good if you have US guys G35 spec fitment and stance. most guys in oz seem to have their nuts tightly locked away in their purses when it comes to these two qualities, so unless you're willing to break with the norm, just make yours look somewhat tasteful and leave it at that. Otherwise you'll be rocking a colour fad from two years ago on fail fitment and stance, and you'll just be someone who hasn't quite got it right. Get the wheels, stance and fitment right, and rock matte black, and no one will dare to criticise your choice in colour, even if it isn't to their taste. In this day and age when tonnes of guys have done it better, even if they are in a different country, if you don't get the package completely right, someone will shoot you down for not measuring up.
  22. do it. instant manhood fitment.
  23. yeah I'd use a windows box too with a C++ or C# library to migrate to Cocoa, but work specifically wants me to code in Cocoa using apple's SDK only. Which blows baby goats.
