  1. who needs spaceships when you have a phone and a bicycle.
  2. its a blue coupe prototype... basically nissan's new line of luxury sports coupe for the metrosexual in all of us. In layman's terms an RX8 competitor with leather as standard. No its not the facelifted Z.
  3. Most of the guys at j-spec (other than me) own a celsior as their daily's. A car like the one you posted will cost you maybe 10,000 to 12,000 on the road. For 16k you'll get like one with plastic wrappers still on the seats. We still get the odd one or two from our suppliers with the papers and everything so it can be imported. The only time the prices are inflated is after the car lands in the country, so its still dirt cheap to get one from Japan. Danny (Autotrust on the forums) landed a Celsior from japan, and its sooo clean its unbelievable. Like the leather's still plush and hardly sat in. Its a C Type F Package, which is the model that comes with the massage seats for the passengers, seat warmers all around, cassete player for the rear passengers, and electric everything you can imagine. The one in your pic is like a lesser model (ie its not the shizzle you wanna be seen in by your nizzles)
  4. could always go with the classic Skyline motto of "In spartan air we made". Short, succint, and totally irrelevant... exactly what a japlish motto should be.
  5. just re-encoded the video so the colours aren't so washed out
  6. good on ya prankeh, about time the volvo got some nissan parts
  7. yeah its a V8, and my sources tell me its a quad turbo... no really... STOP LAUGHING AT ME!
  8. what was that? Did you just say you want your PM's posted in public? man we should stop whoring this thread before Ash and ET pull out their strapon ban stick
  9. ... says the guy on SAU most likely to pass off as a thai crossdresser.
  10. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/shan/tms_2005.zip check it out guys
  11. Although he didn't say "lap it up bitches" while slapping an American "GTR can nevar lose" fanboy with his pimp hand, he did cover Nissan's goals in the coming future. Oh and he also unveild Adidas' new shoe... sorry... the new GTR. And then raves on about how it's a heir to a cult lineage, etc etc. All said and done, he looks like an angry John Howard with a tan. Finally finished compressing the video and uploading it to the sau server. Right click and save link as. The video is 11 minutes long and 30mb. Its zipped up and encoded in DivX format. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/shan/tms_2005.zip
  12. altezza lights are defective if they don't have red reflectors on them. Most ricer opt not to get reflectors as they're not JDM tyte enough with em on. I guess my rear "SKYLINE" lights up red with the brakes, so that's why I don't get hassled about it.
  13. roflmao... Ash and his ET's
  14. oh... lol yeah I guess I did let the cat out of the bag on that one. its a 2 door GTS4, currently has an RB20DET, but one of the mechanics that does inspections for us in Japan is gonna try and organise an RB25DET swap out of a stagea AWD. I'm waiting for quotes on price etc to decide if it'll be cheaper here or in Japan. Now onto more interesting topics... ie Ash's new girlfiend, show and tell!
  15. yeah I've never had any issues with mine, as when I'm driving normally it dosen't do the knight rider thing, it just acts like a regular brake repeater and all 7 characters light up. Pretty much like a high mount brake light.
  16. what secret of yours did I let out anyways kam?
  17. argh... fark you all and the horses you rode in on... there goes all my amusement for a day.
  18. roflmao drunkan 1, kel 0 let the battle of the handleys begin
  19. I was more impressed by the N/A RB R32 and the triple carby RB R31 in the same segment. Now that's some grass roots tuning.
  20. tell us something we don't know already
  21. interesting... so I guess you're doing all the labour. I'm actually shopping around in the Chiba area for someone to do an engine swap on my car before it leaves for Australia. Trying to weigh up if its cheaper here or over there. How many drift events do you guys have in a year on the island? How's the local talent compared to the mainland?
  22. driveby on woolie loading bays... that's what we usually do if we need a pellet failing that check out new construction areas, they usually have pellets which are unused once they take all the bricks off em.
  23. you mean like this? welcome to 2002 The part that lights up is a factory option that came on R32's from certain dealers in japan. It lights up slightly blue due to the EL sheet it uses. You can pull the EL sheet out (as it usually craps itself after a few years) and replace it with surface mount style LED's.
