Had one crawl across the inside of the windscreen on my old work van once, I just grabbed it and chucked it out the window lol

Recently witnessed something similar. Guy in his 40's/50's was reversing and smacked into a Commodore pretty bad, and left the scene. As I was writing the note, the lady who owned the car came, so I just spoke to her, gave her my details, as well as the rego of the offending car, and heard from her insurance company as well as the police to make a statement the next couple of days. I'd just hate for it to happen to either of my cars, so I'll help out where I can.

Looks like some very serious damage. I'm all for it, providing that no-one that was in that car when it crashed lost their life, otherwise it's just morbid.

It would have started a little earlier, but a spectator had an epileptic siezure, so thats why there were delays in the morning. I had an absolute blast, even though I didn't compete. Was great fun helping out as an official, and I have got some great photos of every car going through the first chicane on the long track. Just need to sift through the 1200 photos I took, for the best ones. Give me about a week The night festivites were great aswell...it was a hoot.

Damn VicRoads... I payed my rego on my daily a little while ago, and about a month and a half later they sent me a letter in the mail telling me I'm driving around in an unregistered car. What actually had happened is their credit card system stuffed up, subsequently making hundreds of people receive fines from the police for driving unregistered. Luckily I didn't get pulled up in this time.

Troy, what size and offset are the wheels? I have 245/40/17 RE55's on the rear of my 180 which is out of action at the moment, fitted to 17x9 +22 wheels. Let me know if you need them
