Two inch harness can be legal, providing the registration is changed to a 2 seater, and rear seatbelts are removed, however it must be engineered aswell. 3-inch harness can't due to the buckle design

Is this the same guy who asked on NS.com? If so, I had done my apprenticeship with VICTEC. Like Ruffels stated, you can get a wider range of experience, but that all depends on certain aspects aswell.

You have tough offset on your TE's, so I'd leave them be. If you don't like the colour of them, get them powdercoated (black )
