  2. If VicDrift can supply me with a L-series 70-200 f/4 IS USM, I'll do it
  3. Was the F1 car towed out in the open? How odd...

    Advice Needed

I know of a good (it's shit) AU Fairlane, V8, on gas for sale
  5. White. I'm pretty partial to white, 75% of cars I've owned have been white. Did I mention white too much?
  6. It's shit. Clearly I'm jealous
  7. Hey mate, did you used to own a grey CA 180, with good fitment? I used to always see it at Lavo Maccas. Join SAUVIC too, theres good events, trackdays, motorkhanas etc.
  8. Aston Martin V8 Vantage parking on Lygon st tonight. Had personalised plates, but weren't Victorian (too many letters)

    F1 2009

Ill be there. Bought tickets to the Prost stand. The R35 will most likely be there, because it's the V8 Supercars pace car.

    Track Day :( ?

Inner fence at Siberia. Was powering out and put the power down far too quick. Ended up in the wall

    Track Day :( ?

And I won the 2008 award...Kinda funny too, same track, same corner
  13. What sort of laptimes did the old F1's do? Or wasn't it a timed event?
  14. Been watching this thread for a bit. turbo_rxp: Yes, there may be tightarses within the market, but that is totally beside the point that was originally raised. Notice the title? Apparentley A Nismo Built Engine. Now, basically, all everyone is asking for is some sort of proof, to back up your claims. Obviously you are having trouble proving it, resulting in personal insults.

    Cyclists?

Meh, not too fussed by the majority of them, as most of them do the right thing. It's basically the same principal with Car enthusiasts vs. Hoons. It seems as if a lycra clad rider never obeys the road rules etc., when in actual fact it's moreso the minority that ruin it for the rest of them. Same goes for us with cars.

    Track Day :( ?

Definately do DT. Best thing you can do for a first track day IMO, especially with PI, it is a bit of an intimidating track. I learnt the hard way, I binned my car there
  17. My job is pretty secure, however I will have to do some more interstate work (I'm an electrician), as we have very little projects coming up in Melbourne. I'm finishing one off now, but other than that there isn't really much more. We have some O/S work coming up towards the end of the year though, such as Dubai and Oman, so I'll definately put my hand up for some tax-free dollars.
  18. My daily has LPG and the conversion is rough as guts. Car is pretty f**ked, and a lot of the issues stem back to this. Not to mention that I'd never buy a Ford again.
  19. Most likely be there, but this time the menu can go and get f**ked Bring back the Kiev!
  20. Weak flamin mongrels. Resorting to kicking somone is a low act, especially when he isn't even retaliating back. Hopefully the law come down hard on these guys.
  21. I think it was James in the Ford GT on Wednesday night driving into the city from Montague St. Also saw an R35 GTR on Russell St and an F430 Scuderia on Clarendon St last night.
  22. I think I got some tickets to the BMW 7 Series unveiling, so I'm definately going. Have to check the details with the war and finance minister though.
