always wanted a wagon for the dog carrying duties etc, looked at heaps of different makes models etc. i didnt even know these things existed till i was looking through unique cars mag. saw a series1 in there and started asking around a few performance workshops in town. also a mate is a playstation nerd and when told him what i was looking at getting (S1) he showed me a series2 on GT4 and i liked it more. p.s he was so pissed of when i turned up at his place 3 weeks later in it the look on his face was awesome hahaha.

hiya andy i use MOTUL oils in both my bikes and my cars, they are good quality without being horrendesly expensive, 5ltrs of turbolight 4100 which is a 10/40 weight oil should set you back around $45-50 depending on where ya get it. when you do the oil change don't forget to put a light smear of oil (clean of course)around the gasket surface of the valve to assist in it sealing correctly. as these oils have scrubbers added in them when you change it, it should come out black as this means it has cleaned the carbons and silts out of your system. if the oil comes out cleanish so to speak it means it has not really been decarbonising anything inside the engine, which over time can lead to earlier than normal bearing damage or failure. hope this helps. cheers oxford

thats pretty sweet but you could tell it was running rich by the puffs of smoke pluming out the back on downshifts, he was prolly losing around 20 horses runnin like that. but would still be an awesome ride

k great thanks guys. i have seen a similar one that gave me the idea in a french car mag, it was done with an rs4 AUDI wagon and it looked trick as hell all painted the same colour with the same tint and wheels etc. the doors on the front still operated but the rears were welded shut so there could be a flat lift up floor put in there that was accessable from the rear tailgate. whole unit looked the goods and saw another one that was done from the B pillar back so it was shorter and had a flat front instead of a steeled in windscreen area, same model car but different colour so might have been the same family or workshop or something?

hi all. i want to fit a short throw shifter to my S2, as i had one in my last manual car (chev powered lx torana hatchback) but would like to know what model will fit from the other model nissans, i can get a second hand one from a wreckers out of an r32 GTR but it will need a new rubber boot, and gasket set, but at $150 i thought he was a bit steep? have had a look on a couple of the businesses in the classifieds on here but there wasn't much in there for us, hence why i would like to know what we cross-reference with, and where i would get one, and also how much i should expect to pay for it. even some tips on how to fit would be good too,as in how much of the interior do i have to pullout to get to it? do i have to pull the box out to do it? all those sorts of things, if any one can give a guiding hand would be great

hey guys and goils. i was wondering if any one knows where i would be able to get a rear cut of a stagea say from the a pillar back, as i would like to build a trailer. even if it is only a shell it doesnt matter as it would be getting gutted anyway but would be nice if it had the windows and all the other glass in it along with the tail gate and lights etc. if any of oyu guys have any ideas i would be keen to have a look. cheers oxford

sorry guys i got edited cos i didn know bout the big brother aspect. i got past the speed limiter with the pivot speed meter, its a trick little bit of equipment as it not only gets round the speed cut out, but also indicates what your actual speed is,and can also track your 1/4mile times as well as a few other things like peak/hold of speeds and times. once aagain i apologise for posting things about illegal activity/s and shall refrain from doing so in the future

my favorite drive/ride is only a short bit of road through steiglitz park between ballarat and geelong in victoria, all really nicely cambered sweepers with virtually no traffic where you can top it out on the 4klm long straight if you want to whether its on the bike or in the car. best time is mid morning on a weekday it is glorious to see THE BLOODY SPEED LIMIT! on the speedo of the bike or THE BLOODY SPEED LIMIT! on the pivot meter of the stag. very "hoonish" of me but meh i only do it alone on the way to work EDIT BY Ska: FFS People please think before posting........

the big black steel bit you are referring to ska is the main crossmember for the front section of the chassis. in the pics i took under my car you can see the crossmember just behind the drain i have installed, so this should give you a clearer indication of where it will be situated once you install it

S2 manual all the way drove an S1 and the auto in it turned me off but then again it may have just been that car too? cos it was a slug compared to the series2 that i bought. i got mine from motorman imports in qld. paid a bit more for it (but also knew nothing about these cars either) but they have been awesome with after sales service etc.

heya guys found em!!!!! they are on page 114 of the hyper rev vol #38 by company called G SQUARE right at bottom of page in middle. and in same book on page 52 from AB FLUG shows a series1 with no rails on it either but it looks like those ones are just caps but cos i cant read japanese i dunno what they are priced at

N1GTR. no the hose clamp will not be included in the packet a i am not gonna be postin them out, but the hose clamp it self should be bout 40cents at any hardware store or automotive shop and will be of size 12mm to 18mm as this is the size i used.(i "found" mine at work though hehehe) SATANIC. the differences would only be in the thread size of your sump and as it states in the listings of engines on page 3 of the thread that most nissans are the same, a for the number tag it would be to identify you as the payer when the deposit is made, for example say they allow you to only put a string of numbers next to the deposit receipt number, some banks allow letters and numbers so that the payee can tell who it was that deposited the cash, somethin like this deposit of $41 from satanic(real name) at blah blah bank on this date receipt number 6549613 with number tag 55689. you then pm me with the details of the transaction/amount/receipt number and the number tag you put with it so i can identify you as the payer when i check the balances etc. hope this makes it a bit clearer for ya but if not lemme know k

mine is a coombination of my nickname at work cos i am a bit of a fact keeper and a dictionary hence the "oxford" bit and the numbers are my fave 2 numbers jammed together. 13 for when i left home, and 27 when i had my first of five heart attacks and cheated death.
