  2. tip isn't that shit...auto isn't as shit as every1 reckons...I have both and they both have their advantages. I gotta say I love to drive the tip after driving back in peak hour with my twin plate...

  4. I fitted a GK tech and its still going well...I will probably upgrade soon but for the bucks its a good cooler that seesm to get results. I had not issues up to 260-270rwkw...for aorund $500 its a damn good product,

    Bauer doesn't sleep and doesn't sleep with hot chicks in general which has always made me wonder if he was gay Bond..sleeps alot, usually with hot chicks & always chasing hot chicks..I doubt he is gay. Overall octopussy for the win.
  9. I ran about 250 with an emanage in the r33 I ran one in my FTO also... Basically did the same with the SAFCII...but with the SAFC u get some cool screen... The emange can have optional harness' for injectors and boost...however if your not planning to do much the SAFC will be ok to clean up ur AFRs/ However if ur thinking to do stuff in the future...the emanage might be a better option. Injectors wont be an issue with you planned power levels...they will max out in my exp. when you get to about 280-300... anyway thats my exp. cos thats what I have done.

  11. bilstiens have notches which allow you to lower the car without sacrifcing shocker travel - therefroe the ride height can be adjusted. I bought mine form Centreline Suspension in Vic...and got King springs to match - the model I have is specifically matched for the bilstiens... The king spring specs are: KDFL-101 - 175lb/" / 3.1kg/mm KDRL-61SP - 185lb/" / 3.2kg/mm Just perfect for my setup...not to stiff. I just came back from a cruise up to Black Spur...I was hammering this car as hard as I could...the suspension setup is spot on. There is no comparision to stock...
  12. I just changed back to stock air box... my power levels are he same if not more than yours...seems to run fine I'm using the stock intake also...as I couldn't work out a neat path for the 3" pipe I had run for my pod filter.. is quite as..and seems to run fine.
  13. I used to use the UniFilter oiled foam version. Ran for about the past 6 months, make massive sucking noise...more than most. Now I have replaced with stock airbox and hi-low filter...only can hear the spool of my turbo... performance difference...none Gheyness factor of the air noise...10 Now thats one less thing I can be defected for.
  14. seriosuly stock suspension is ghey. esp if its done 150+k on them...take them off and you can depress the shocker by hand.. every since i put in my Bilstien stockers and some lower spings the thing handles really awsome... this plus the whiteline kit = fast corners.
  15. one thing I forgot to say... once u have upgraded all ur bits...ur clutch is prob. not gonna last too long...mine lasted only a few months before it was mush...depending on what power...single plate is easier...I have twin which is 2 days old now...sucks a bit but I'm getting used to it...
  16. the old power argument again... all depends on what u want it setup for...drags/street/race..garage I have done everything for street...maybe bit of drag. I dont care what my max power figure is...although it is impressive. I have a GTST which has all major mods performed...dunno how much its cost, maybe 20k on top of the price of the car... Its worth it...its fun...if u run a low 12..great..if u dont...who cares just tell u mates u did - thats what most ppl seem to do anyway!
  17. I had a HKS superdragger ...it would drone..but it had some holes near the join... I have 2 x 2.5" cannons now...but I didn't install a mid muffler so its quite loud...I will install another one today along with a clutch... Looks hot...but I have silencers in there cos its too loud...but soon it will be cool.
  18. oil in coolant is usually a head gasket. whats the color of the oil? Does the radiator have bubbles with the cap off?

  20. time and time again we see this tests. its not worth reading IMO You want a test? Do UOAs n your oil and comapre the results on each change simple...cost you $30 a pop.

  23. its 4800rpm for the RB25...you could have just asked...I got it tested 2 times this week... twin system in the mix...I'm getting my V2.0 system tested by my mate just to see what it does with silencers and without..

  25. dunno what the fuss its all about...I make about 300 with std cams..although I have got new cam gears just havn't fitted them yet. I cant get tit there with my crap clutch atm Id be intrested to rtead more about new cams...although I'm happy with the output...thats enough for a rwd.
