I'll jump in here as well, if any one knows someone around the dandenong area, need to re reg my fairlane, got a legit rwc 18 months but didnt pay the rego after i bought the skyline, now the skyline is getting a rebuild i want to re reg the fairlane, willing to pay extra for a no hassles rwc.

the fact that rb25det's have variable valve timing and the rb20 does not would be one major issue.

there is a bp just off the bypass on cooper st that is pretty good, there is also another one further on past the shell, never eaten there but have stopped for a drink a few times, cant remember if it is past the winton turn off or not.

you will probably find that the na ecu will not like boost.

did you have to roll the gaurds to get the rears to clear? what size tyres do you run?

if its that bad maybe try a good boost controller, i know my avcr is able to be programmed for each gear and in 1000rpm increments, using one of those will get you the full power of the 3076 up top but more controllable down low.

NAH, you have to go real old school on those, G11 with a cb60 (i think that was the one, or was that the atmo) carbie turbo FTW, got some pics around somewhere of me doing roll backs in my old G11 atmo, man that thing took some punishment. on topic, mine does not build any pressure standing still, but i also have a .8 rear so that would not help.
