    R32 Vs R35

so the fact that a stock r33 will beat a stock r32 over the 1/4 mile just shows that the retarded kid can run faster than the able bodied kid you chose. as for saying that the r35 whipped a veyron isn't really true. 2 seconds after nearly 8 mins isn't much. and you would also have to look at all the details. was it the same driver? did the veyron driver go as hard as he could the whole time (like was he going full throttle down the straight and throwing caution to the wind). i am not disbuting that the new gtr isn't quick, i am more disbuting the time of the veyron.
  3. if you are a mechanic and have to drive a customers car then you can get an exemption for that, but it won't allow you to drive a turbo car after business hours. they will only allow you to drive them during times that you are actually working, and they would have to be a customers car. if it is during business hours, and you are on lunch and it is your own car then you wil get bent over the bonnet and shafted with a night stick.

  5. *dusts off pushbikes* looks like bikes sales might pick up for xmas.
  6. call a current affair. get some publicity about this fella
  7. bahahahahahahaha
  8. i had this problem with ucd15r33's car. did a full reset of the emanage and it sorted itself out.
  9. i went to autobarn and got them to mix up some QM1 paint for me. got it in a spray can and it matched perfectly
  10. for the over fueling issues should that just be in the tune?
  11. no it is not limited to japanese cars only. a lot of magnas are using them. you just can't buy a plug and play harness for the. you have to wire it all in.
  12. i didn't know that the v8 supercars even have a set amount of ignition timing that they can run. winterbottom got excluded from qualifying for exceeding this limit.
  13. don't mean to sound rude mate, but are you sure it's a 96 model? cause it is only running series 1 bonnet, headlights and interior. is it possible to get a picture of the factory ID plate.
  14. what i meant by the leaner driver thing was, is it like putting you foot on the gas then lifting off the putting it back on, like how you see leaner drivers bunny hoping away from an intersection.
  15. if it is doing it when you accelerate then you have a problem that. whether the bov is atmo or not shouldn't make a difference during acceleration, unless the bov isn't closing properly. now the bunny hoping you are talking about, is it bad like a leaner driver, or is it more of a missifre? the fact that you are running 0.6mm gap plugs with splitfire coils worries me. do you have to run the gap that small to have it not missfire? if you do then you have a serious problem with the splitfires.
  16. if you buy a pfc and want to tune it yourself you will still need a wideband o2 sensor. if you are planning on getting it tuned by a workshop you don't need it.
  17. i agree. there is this language called english. learn it. when you get out of school you will learn that big companies don't like txt language cause only people with single digit IQs use it because they don't know how to spell a word, they just sound it out.
  18. to get the afr you need the afr adapter kit, but that also means you need a wideband o2 sensor.
  19. i noticed the factory BOVs are mounted in a nice open place so it won't be long before ricers have big flashy atmo bovs sticking out for everyone to see, LOL
  20. i whore up wasteland, or watch the eye candy walk past. i love working in retail in summer.
  21. i know the fella he is talking about. he hates pfcs with a passion. he prefers microtech, haltec and wolf and ucd15r33's r33 made 251kw with an emanage ultimate, stock afm, 3076r @ 16psi, 3" exhaust, fmic, pod. the emanage on had a very basic tune on it. and i mean basic. it was just running off the wideband o2 sensor and altering the fuel mapping to suit the ratios i wanted at set load points. no timing adjustments were done.
  22. they are probably also looking at retaining engine life rather than just going for outright power. honda did that with the s2000. they could've had it rev much higher than 10,000rpm, but at the expense of engine life.
  23. i only got pulled over once in my skyline, and that was for a RBT. and i know why they did it too. i think in about 20 mins of driving around that night i saw about 10 cars, so the cops would've pulled over any car they saw to try and reach their quota. i have noticed that there are plenty of 'bogan' driving skylines now. the amount of former commodore drivers i see in imports now makes me glad i no longer own 1. they are the new commodore. sure you will still get plenty of bogans in commodores, since not all of them can afford skylines, but skylines are getting dirt cheap now so you are going to get any man and his dog driving them.
  24. well then in that case they should've boost that mofo up. although i'm sure the europeans will get some boosted models, just like they get in the current evo.
  25. isn't the 206kw 'gentlemans' agreemant in japan still in place?
