  1. My missus spotted a blue Skyline 33 or 34 giving 3 cop cars a run for there money through Nerang St near Gold Coast Hospital today..... Part of me hopes you got caught.
  2. What the? The AVC'R is Apexi and uses the same solenoid as the Power FC Boost Kit....... So how did you come to that conclusion?
  3. I haven't tried but im pretty sure they wont fit (or wont bolt straight in easily, probably not worth the cost/effort to make em fit either) they are a different suspension setup due to 2WD (GTSt) vs 4WD (GT-R). I wonder if components from the GT-R will fit onto a GTS4?
  4. Scrape it with a new razor blade, that might help. If not try the polishing maybe?
  5. It's probably just those rims that make the colours look bad to me....Black looked........... ok.
  6. It reads in mmHG (x100) 1 PSI = 51.7 mmHg 1 bar = 750 mmHg So..... '7' on the stock guage = 700 mmHG which = 0.93 Bar or 13.5 PSI 10 psi would be about a 5 on the stock gauge. Its pretty hard to pinpoint & guessing is not the sort of thing so you want to do with boost pressure so you need to get another boost gauge.
  7. LOL if you cant save 850 for seats how the feck you going to buy and keep a GTR running?
  8. ROFL I haven't done that since the mid nineties....... Couldn't really imagine myself ever doing it again. (I must be un-Australian) Although i do have a few mates with commonwhores who rave about it............I guess its a Holden thing?
  9. Its just not as good as the original...... Never will be either.......
  10. Do you have the PowerFC cable and software or the datalogit kit ?
  11. Its like the American version of Kath & Kim.......
  12. Spotted some lucky bastard in a R35 GTR with NSW plates along Johnston Street in Southport this morning.
  13. Mine was haggard and loose and was marking the piping & strut bar, took it off and all is fine, no scratched piping.
  14. Tapping up coil packs only mask's the arcing problem for a few weeks / month at the most, but it soon returns. As with gapping plugs down to .8. You need to fix the problem itself not just try to cover it up. I'm running splitfire coils, Iridium plugs gapped at 1.1, running 13 psi on stock engine with no problems at all.
  15. You'd be better off tinkering around yourself then letting Autobarn tinker around for you... Just look in the DIY for dash removal...
  16. Maybe try put the old plugs back in, see if that makes a difference. Do this before you reset ecu etc, so you can at least eliminate the plugs as a problem.
  17. From what i've read on the forums Chris knows what he's talking about. So dont take his constructive critisism to heart.
  18. I better think this through...................need a plan.
  19. YAWN looks like shit to me. I could make a video of me doing that to a GTR in a Swift...... who cares about 2 cars accelerating forward from each other on the street? It just comes down to who backed off first. I guess thats why all the tuning shops are getting Cobra's instead of GTR's ........NOT LOL
  20. I learnt my lesson.......... Was leaving home at 4am to go to work, decided i'd give the car a quick hose off while she warms up, go to hop in and bingo! the doors locked car running. Had only had the car 2 days at the time, so i had no spare key yet and no spare remote. so i had to break in using the old wire trick. Didn't i feel stupid
  21. Renault drivers are worse than Volvo drivers and they dont deserve a quality car anything close to a GTR. The sad truth is Renault is good at F1 but the passenger and commercial cars are very average. Some have great safety features which suit the 'Volvo type driver' market perfectly. The Megane Sport is 'sporty' but thats it apart from the lovely whistling turbo. (only the French would make a car that whistles) booooooo i say boooooo!
