  1. $1200 guys! rear tyres are bald and there are a few scuffs on the rims.
  2. The ECU is out of my daily driver 300ZX so whatever it would need to go into an R33, the board needs to be soldered into the ECU. Its a factory Z32 ECU and nistune board separate.
  3. Work XT7's Front: 18x9 with 245/35/18 Yokohama Advans Rear: 18x9.5 with 285/35/18 yokohama advans Asking $1500 firm. Located Seven Hills 2147, NSW
  4. $300 if taken this week Perfect for your R33 if you want to keep VCT
  5. Z32 TT ECU and NIStune type 2 board to suit $400 Located Blacktown NSW.
  6. Buy a separate fuel cell(Full of E85 ofcourse) with a pump and regulator and use that for your nitrous enrichment
  7. Power/weight ratio is great till you start factoring in traction, torque, gearing both in both the gearbox and differential and the all important driving skill. Power to weight on its own isn't the be all and end all of performance. PS RB20's suck.
  8. Too small, friend of mine runs them as twins on his VG30DETT. Makes 467rwkw on pump.
  9. Waste of time man, unless your car has ultra high compression or something it wont make a big difference. A lot of the time you can reach MBT on 98RON.
  10. Hey guys was just wondering if there is anyone in sydney who can repair electronic boost controllers. Bought a profec B spec2 a few months ago and since installing it along with a new MAC valve and valve unit harness i cannot get the car above wastegate pressure. No matter what changes are made, it reads 0.48BAR and can creep up to 0.52BAR on a cold night. Solenoid clicks when 12V is applied too so its as if the unit itself is not signalling the solenoid to do anything. I've been told its a common problem on these EBC's.
  11. On Z32's we use these : http://www.selindesign.net/collections/frontpage/products/2nd-gen-dual-maf-translator Edit: I'm a dumbass and didn't read the op date.
  12. How high did you try launching? Try 5000+ RPM and if it still bogs add another 500rpm next time, don't pedal it, keep your foot flat.
  13. For those who are interested, AMS has reset the R35 drag record with a 7.70 @ 186MPh beating ETS's previous 7.80 @ 182. They also set the trap record at 190MPH They also won King of the street and texas invitational, beating THREE 2000whp+ lamborghini's including one that jumped 1 car ahead but was quickly reeled in. After the 7.70 run, they tried it on a higher boost setting which was approx 200whp more but could not get it to hook on that run.
  14. Because a R33 GTS-25t will run like absolute shit at 16PSI on a stock ECU. The standard ECU will dump in fuel and retard timing pretty harshly.
  15. You don't seem to understand what i'm saying, tune your car as hard as you can on 98, then do the same on the additive. If this fuel is so much better you will be able to advance the ignition over regular 98. The whole point of a "better fuel" is to be able to run more ignition advance over regular fuel. Note the changes that it allows you to make(boost/timing/afr) and post here again, instead of just putting into a stock car. I could run E85 in a stock car and it would make shit for power if i could even get it to start on a stock tune, but we all know it would make loads more tuned properly for the fuel.
  16. If the fuel is more oxygenated it will make more power, few things you could answer are how much does it cost and why not just tune your car on 98, drain it, then retune on that fuel and see the increase?
  17. Find another tuner mate, 164kw out of a GTR with steel wheel turbos and a link is pathetic. More than likely just upped the boost and pulled mass amounts of timing across the board. Do you have a timing/fuel map we can have a quick look at? You are about 80-100kw short of the norm with those mods.
  18. Just curious but would you be able to make custom turbine housings aswell?
  19. Unless its HIGHLY oxygenated over standard E85 i doubt you will have a measureable gain.
  20. Pretty much this, my NA Z32 was eating standard GTSt's at WSID especially R32's. Mine ran 14.5 @ 97.6MPH with just a catback and pod filter, would have been much quicker on ET streets + a nistune.
  21. Sounds off, doubt its a stock ECU tbh. Seem more than a few of them struggle to hit 260 tuned on standard turbos.
  22. Big fuel pump and a wet nitrous kit, under $1000 and the best bang for buck performance.
  23. Yep, did that! Going for a 1 on 1 course at Unigroup Engineering once i register my 300ZX
