  1. Hey guys, I'm keen to go to one of these, was wondering if any of you would be keen to join and make up the 5 other spots in the group? Price: $500pp Date: Whenever we can get a group of 6 Cheers, Nem.
  2. Looks like he just threw a highflow in there mate, 330hp on 18psi is what a highflow should do. Long ways off a GTX.
  3. The only FFP i'd put on an RB20 is a GTR one with the ITB's tbh.
  4. Save your money and buy the Hypergear turbo, then retune.
  5. Almost looks like one of those junk KKR1000 turbos.
  6. Pretty sure Benny has 2860RS cores in his though? Mine have GT2560R cores in them.
  7. Stao what would you expect a set of bush bearing GT2560 highflows in Z32 housings to make? I got a set here with the forged bottom end that i bought and was wondering if they are capable of over 300rwkw on 98.
  8. Price drop, $4000. No engines or spares included. Great P Plater car!
  9. 1990 Slicktop NA Year: 1990 Body (2+0/2+2): 2+0 Colour: Aztec Red Engine (Turbo/NA): VG30DE Transmission (MT/AT): 5spd Manual Interior (Cloth/Leather): Tweed/Red Vinyl Odometer: 210,000 Price: $5,000 Negotiable Contact Details: PM me. Comments: Been my daily for 4 years now since i was a red P plater, hasn't skipped a beat not the best car out there cosmetically but the price reflects that. Has only ever been run on 98 octane or better fuel and only ever run on fully synthetic oils. Recently did an oil change. VG30DETT bottom end, Arias forged pistons, Shotpeened ConRods, ACL Race Bearings. TT Cylinder heads APEXi EL2 Boost gauge Stock SMIC's + piping Turbo Intercooler & Intake pipes TT radiator Spare NA radiator Highflow manual turbos, they made 300rwkw on previous engine. 2x 16" Stock rims Spare TT Sump Stock TT Dumps + o2 sensors Spare NA Fuel pump + assembly Lowered Springs Few interior bits & pieces Looking for $5,000 with all spares OR $4,500 on its own.
  10. Agree with Jez, more than likely blow-by. Friends R33 was doing the same, ended up cylinder 6 had 47PSI compression.
  11. Well that sounds wrong, if you weren't on boost and loading the car up it shouldn't matter. Baby the car and you can drive it on 91 octane easily. I've never seen a car so aggressively tuned on the low load part of the map that it detonates on 91 octane.
  12. He's talking about trap speed for drag racing. MPH is the norm, not KMH.
  13. RB25 Neo head is superior to an RB26 head.
  14. Been done plenty of times before and i'm going down this route myself.
  15. Drove a 467rwkw 300ZX, spun up the 285 semi's nicely. Apart from rolling on at 100kph or so it wasn't too much fun putting around.
  16. I'm building it to run consistent 10 second passes so after 450+rwkw.
  17. Are you able to do the TD06 with 6cm housings and internal gate? T25 flange? Just bought the forged bottom end for my Z32 and i'm not 100% decided on turbos.
  18. You need an ECU mate, GTSt's make weak numbers until the ECU is changed. Should pump 190-200rwkw tuned. The loud whistle noise may be a boost leak too.
  19. Still here guys, make an offer.
  20. RB25 AFM cannot measure airflow past ~230rwkw, a single Z32 will read to 320-350rwkw. A full retune isn't required but an aftermarket ecu or piggyback is needed to correct for the new afm.
  21. You need to swap wires around on your current plug mate
