  5. WOW, just looking at the setup I would not know where to start to even remove that stuff... Must have taken them some time to get it all out... Hopefully the police will be able to help, and insurance will cover the pain...
  6. Lets keep the "street racing" talk for another time... Thanks
  7. My car, the R33 from Brisbane to Rocky (650km's or there abouts) on one tank (100kph most of the way in 5th gear) and that on a 300rwkw tune... Its all in the way you drive it Mark, you should know that... I filled her to full at Shell at Aspley, right at the start of the Bruce Highway and set out at 100kph through the night, arived in Rocky as the sun was rising round 6am and the gauge was just under a quarter of a tank. I filled her up in Rocky at the BP oppisite the Harvey Norman store and put in 57 litres... So thats 8.77l per 100km The other car, did Brisbane to Forster-Tuncurry (just north of Newcastle) which is about 675-700kms or there abouts also on only one tank of fuel... The good bit is the commodore has a electronic fuel meter in the car so you can watch you fuel as you go, and the best I could get it down too was 9.0l per 100km's which i personally think is great for a 6 litre V8 which has less than 5000km's on the clock and is still wearing in atm... The range on the tank when we started the trip said 840km's, we got a solid 700 before the fuel light came on and from there we could have done at least another 75 or so k's... But in short its all in the way you drive the car... Actually you should ask Mud, as he drove his skyline up to Mt ISA, im sure he would have got some great economy on that trip...
  8. You'll be fine... Where is your new jobs location??? What suburb???

  14. Yes that was me Peter, I thought Id take the skyline into work today and it does not have an e-toll so I went story bridge... I didnt see you tho, you must have been driving something else... I was stopped on the story bridge like dead stop for like 2-3 minutes due to traffic and that bridge actually moves up and down quite rapidlly... It was a little scary actually... Was good tho to get the old girl out and let her breath a bit... Just a shame she is really dirty atm, I will wash it this weekend...

  18. Tape is still what the pros use... Every camera over $2000 is tape... Reason why is it is fail safe, does not suffer from heat, magnetic fields or vibration... Perfect for in car use... If you want quality footage then id suggest the HV20 (Canon) have a look online at the reviews, it is awesome with true 1920x1080 progressive capture on a CMOS sensor... You will be spending a solid $1600-1700 tho for this unit, if thats too much then just buy a cheap tape camera $400-500 (like the MD160) as it will be better than 90% of the HDD cameras out on the market at the moment...
  19. Cheers Dan, talk soon... Keep up the great work...
  20. BTW your website looks great...
  21. Yeah it was a very nice mushroom cloud... I better ditch the photos from the public eye now, but ill show you many more soon...

  23. Yeah, if he is doing canvas in house he would most likelly have one of our commerical products... But id love to show you some of the work ive been doing out side of the paper duties... You should come into the office again one Monday and we can have a coffee...
  24. Its got very good matamerisum qualities... Vibrant colour, great detail in shaded areas and most importantlly its got the right balance of contrast to see the layers of rubber on the tarmac... Detail is has Of course you need quality cameras to take quality photos before you can print quality... But I know you have the first two covered already Dan, your work is great already and you have a very bright future in front of you... EDIT: I forgot to mention the 9500 has 10 ink tanks (inc 3 shades of grey/black), all pigment based so the photo has a life of over 200 years on this canvas...
