Neil if you want to pickup some dead RB30s you can have them and the sumps that are on them...

Neil, as I said, interchangeable... The only way you have issues is putting a 25 onto a 30... You should be sweet, but you'll lose some of the drainage whatsy ma call its that are in the 25 sump.

That is an oil drain, and nothing to do with VCT. It's on the wrong cam to start with for VCT! Keep it connected, get it fitted to run into the sump directly. Get the VCT connected. HUGE benefits. -
Neil, the RB25 and RB30 sumps ARE interchangeable, the only issue you will have with using an RB25 sump on an RB30 is that it has fins/wings on it that the RB30 crank will hit.

If you want a good electric fan demister, and you're good at tinkering, I'd by two cheap hair driers, and pull them apart so they no longer have the handles etc, and create a special mount/way to force the air in (And not let it escape unless it is going past the window) But for less weight, heated window = Win. -
Neil, why don't you just mask up all the windows and paint her? Wouldn't that be easier then removing and reinstalling the windows?

Most people who are working for themselves and raking in good money, are usually in high demand, low supply areas. When we setup our business, we were only the second company around doing our line of work full time (There were others who had small "ventures" as an aside to compliment another part of their business) Since then, there are now that many back yarders "giving it a go" that it has cruelled the industry in my area. They've gone an bought tiny little second hand machines, work purely for themselves on the weekend to make some drinking money, they under cut each other to the shit house, and carry no insurance etc etc. The difference we're talking, they're running a 1 Man crew, with a little $5000 machine, on the back of a $1000 trailer, towed by their family car. We're talking 3 machines together worth over $150 000, 3 Trucks, 2 Trailers, and 4 staff members (Other then family). The other people are happy to go onsite for $40, unfortunately, for us, it costs us more then that to send out a two man crew to even arrive on site once you take into account, diesel, insurance, registration, workers comp etc etc. The lucky part for us is, we have some local government contracts all tied up, as we are the only ones capable of doing them. Unfortunately, because of these backyarders, they still attempt to go for these large contracts (Of which the government agencies KNOW they incapable of doing) but use them as an argument chip to force our prices down, and then they still pay late, often with us having to chase them, purely because some lazy person hasn't signed the paper work and passed it to the next person. Different games, for different folks. Car detailing as such, will be the same type of issue as our family business, every young kid out there "loves cars" and is happy to go and wash and detail them for $10. The best thing to do quite often, is get into a field that you enjoy, but is not a hobby (IE, avoid automotive Juz), that pays well, be in it for about 5 years, get all of the experience and knowledge you can, and when you're confident you can make it work, branch out on your own. Even if you do it like some people do, start the business part time until it's running "okay" with a normal job as your background, and then "jump boat" to work for yourself if you really want to. But if you know anything about being able to automate process', one of the biggest things you can do to help yourself is a specialised online store, that you basically only have to over look things, and then you can still have a job elsewhere, small continous income from online store, plus a good income elsewhere. Online stores eventually grow if you go into the right things...

Basic trigonometry is used to calculate it. Grab a measuring tape, a pad of paper, pen and start doing measurements and drawings.

There's no need to know how to drive on a car on the limit, or how to slide them around, IF you drive to the conditions, you should never be on the edge of "Sliding out". If you drive with enough observation, you will not end up in dangerous situations, such as having to brake heavily because of stupid people pulling out etc. As to "fanging someone elses car". I went up to help out, as my car was off the road. A friend offered me the keys, and her car drives totally different to mine. As an experienced veteran of the road, I'm sure you'd agree that going from one car to another, even when it's the same model, with relatively the same mods, the cars drive differently... But still, we come to the fact, as Cassbo has said, if you overstep the line in the sand. It's YOUR FAULT. Deal with it. If you've got such a huge problem with it, stop bitching on the internet, and get yourself into a career path that will make a difference in these rules... Or is it too easy for you to complain instead and you just CBF like the rest of the people who just want to have a whinge without doing anything productive?

f**k working for yourself. We run a family business from my fathers, I have nothing really to do with it anymore, except for some discussions and minor paper work. We now employ a full time manager, as well as 3-4 staff... My father STILL works 8 hours a day himself, doing what he can (Major injuries, isn't meant to be working at all), and he STILL comes home, and will be doing paper work 4 hours later. People think working for yourself is "glorious", but EVERYONE I know who works for themself, hates it. Everyone thinks that these owners can take days when they want etc. The difference is, if you employ people, and you take a day off, most of them will f**k around and you go backwards $$$ wise. If you are only employing yourself, you take a day off, you get no $$$. My boss owns the business I work for. He is at our office at 8:30 everyday basically, works till 5:30 at night, with no lunch break, and I am STILL getting emails from him, on work related stuff from 10PM - 3AM every night, and he STILL doesn't have enough time to do everything he needs to! Working for yourself is NOT the bees knees as everyone thinks. Most who think it is awesome, have never worked for themself...

Joe, on my fuel thirsty setup that I had, sitting on limiter all day in second gear, I burned 20Litres... And ask the people that were around... I was near on dropping raw fuel out the exhaust... Only reason it wasn't coming out raw was because it was igniting on the way out...

Just from reading how it's handling, it's the rear diff. Sounds too tight, acting mostly like a locker, forcing understeer, and then breaks loose. Have you tried putting the old diff in? If the old diff was "shagged" it would allow the car to turn better under brakes and neutrally, and then should want to wheel spin a bit more then a good working LSD. If you have an over tight LSD in the rear, it will make the whole car understeer until the rear shakes loose, and then any power put down will result in wheel spin, until attessa kicks in.

I have put in italics the biggest things that need to occur from our government, and I have bolded the main item that is wrong with our society. People are too quick to blame someone else for their f**k up. (Sure, there may be a step there that I should have looked at, but you didn't highlight it with yellow paint and flashy lights, there fore you're the one who is to blame for my broken leg... Not my ignorance and stupidity). This is why our government makes draconian rules and enforces them like they do with a good sized voluntary tax. Basically, what needs to happen, is delete all the road rules, and the mentality people use to drive. Scrap all the cars for brand new items, and start perfectly fresh, teaching everyone how to drive PROPERLY, not to pass a test... I could go on, as it just doesn't stop here...
