  1. I can't help the dosing Have gtr twin bov's+cooler+recirc pipe to go on with new turbo, so no more dosing! lol
  2. lol laser tag.. lol
  3. Talk to the boys at WA Suspenders, they will sort you out
  4. Can't help with that one
  5. He's talking about axle tramp.. Got any suspension work?
  6. Doubtful, what's the date of it? I've got a pretty full on paintball schedule this year with the first tournament in March
  7. I'm not going down again until the new turbo is on, I only went down last time to benchmark the mph which is why I didn't beat up on it trying to get a perfect launch/better time.. I'm more about going sideways than fast in a straight line heh
  8. Not strictly true.. My RB20 and my mates RB26 head had yellow sensors. When I built my 30 I accidentally snapped my RB20 temp sensor so had to use the BROWN temp sensor that came with my RB25DE head.. ecu thought it was in cold start ALL THE TIME until I put my mates yellow RB26 sensor in there..
  9. Don't bother upgrading, just get someone to set up your ProfecB properly.
  10. 13.9 with ~250rwhp and lots of wheelspin heh.. 3L + 3.5k launch = zero traction
  11. From the horses mouth My 35R is so close to being on I can feel the happiness in my pants stirring
  12. Might be different in a 33 but I looked at that and it definitely wasn't going to fit in my 32. That is why I had a custom manifold made out of my stock runners and a 26 plenum +1
  13. Can you actually get -8's? Regardless, you should still check the gap. If I wanted to run them at 1.1mm gap I wouldn't just throw the -11's straight in without regapping..
  14. Some ARC thing, came attached to a piece of pipe that I used to get my bonnet shut after the 30 went in. The problem was, at idle, it was PUSHING air OUT the bov.. I can only put that down to the undersized turbo spooling from idle.. it wasn't making positive pressure but certainly positive airflow at idle! I mean, you would expect it to be a VACCUM leak at idle (i.e. sucking air IN). So to stop it blowing air out at idle I had to tighten the bov pretty much as far as it would go.

    Pits!

lol fair enough, they probably moved it after they realised they'd put a bunch of turbos and stuff in the way
  16. Sizing of gate kind of depends on the boost you're going to run.. there's a big thread round here someone on the subject. I believe it goes along the lines of (roughly), the less boost you want to run the bigger the gate you need (as you will need to bypass more exhaust gas from the turbine).
  17. You haven't left off a vaccum hose at all?
  18. Ahh fair enough My GT35R should be on in a month or so and I will post the tyre frying results
  19. LOL! I filled up at BP East Perth this morning @ 109.9/L, Regular ULP was 96.9..
  20. LIES
  21. $3700 for a turbo kit seems pretty extreme.. My turbo setup (going on very soon) cost me: GT35R 0.82ex - $1600 (new but not from a store, at the time the turbo new from MTQ was ~$1850) TiAl 44mm gate - $420 High mount manifold - $150 (came off a mates car, not as quality as a 6boost or ETM but makes the numbers) Oil/Water lines - Will be getting Enzed guy out, am anticpating ~$200 I guess if the exhaust manifold included is a 6boost or ETM item then it's not too bad, if it's a china manifold then you're getting ripped off
  22. Wow.. I wish I didn't have to pay rates.. more money to go on the car! lol
  23. Still got a bite eventually
  24. Who is this local company? I want an N1 boot lip, N1 front bar and some skirts but don't want to pay the exorbitant shipping from over east for something of dubious quality! If there is a local mob looking to make this stuff, then they'll probably win my business for fitting/painting too.
