  1. No real difference between building a 25 and a 30, other than maybe an extra $100 for the RB30 to start with.
  2. Well most of these "running rough after washing" threads usually come from water in coils/plugs or afm. The fact that it is blowing blue smoke is rather worrying.. blue = oil = rings? turbo seals? valve stem seals?
  3. I'm running Denso 550s, absolutely fine. I know Denso make Sard injectors, quite likely for a lot of other "names" too.
  4. Sorry, saw the RB26/31 under your name and assumed you had a 30
  5. If you don't know what you're doing then it's best to get a diff place to install the centre into housing and shim accordingly. (don't think you can re-use the pinion bearings but I may be wrong)
  6. He needs to calm the fuck down. There is having a bit of fun and then, there is utter stupidity.
  7. There is no magical number for maxing your afm, mine wasn't maxed when making 183rwkw on the RB20 but was maxed making 183rwkw on the RB30.. Jus' sayin'.
  8. My Nismo 2-way for 32gtst used two of the short shafts, they were genuine nissan items supplied in the kit.
  9. You were behind me up the hill I think, he ended up overtaking all of us.
  10. [OVAXCITED] pearl white, auto, kept dropping single wheelers, dunno what the guy looked like. Nice1! he certainly wasn't shy with it either, I was barely keeping up with him round a bend onto Tonkin.. I was like "fkn gtrs!" heh
  11. Nismo diffs do not use "Nismo" stub axles, they use two standard ones (short). R32 & S13 have the same bolt size (I know as I'm running S13 gears on my R32 Nismo 2-way centre). My local diff guy was more than happy to set my diff up and I just swapped the housings.
  12. donkey mentioned -5's den001 was talking about a T04Z on his 30 and reving to 9000rpm
  13. Well it cost me $100 to get my crank as I had to buy a whole engine! I would imagine shipping would be pretty pricey
  14. If I did that I wouldn't have seen the fuckhead in the Chaser until I'd cleaned him up he's lucky I didn't happen across him at the next meet point.
  15. R32 GTSt, RB30DET, RB25DET gearbox, 3.9:1 final drive on 245/45/17s: 100kmh in 5th = 2500rpm, pulls up big hills @ 2000rpm in 5th. I found my ratio change totally worth it
  16. No, but I noticed the old gentlemen in an R32 GTR.
  17. 180 with a facelift? or a 32 front end stiched on with a 6cyl?
  18. There was 4 skylines there when I got my car washed Should run it every weekend Kudos to the girls for being out in 38deg weather
  19. +1 Oh, and plebs on cruises. That is all.
  20. wow, if only he'd bought a lotto ticket lol Nice ride btw dude
  21. Not enough maps, someone got us lost and we did that super bendy Croyden Rd in Roleystone twice, had a Chaser passing us up the inside on those tight blind bends Ending up going back down the hill and waiting at the BP on Albany Hwy for everyone to come past, did anything happen after Leach Hwy maccas?
  22. First step is to head on down to a field when training is happening, with our first tournament in March I assume we'll begin training early next month. Trainings are on Sundays from 10am up at Action Paintball Games in Serpentine. Head down, check out some gear, meet the ppl and get involved Setting up a team isn't easy (which is why I'm not our captain ) so unless you have 4-5 mates who are super keen then you're better off just getting kitted out, training up and broad minded femaleting out to teams. There's always teams looking for players leading up to a tournament and you might land a fulltime spot If anyone is keen to give tournament paintball a bash, I have enough gear to kit you out for a training session to give you a taste
  23. That 2nd quote, are they trying to say that batches can come in under 98RON? Is there any recourse if there's an ultra shit batch of fuel that melts your engine?
