  1. Umm.. don't go paintballing if you're the buck, you'll get hammered P.S. if you do go, invite me and I'll bring my Etek and pummel you with 16bps
  2. Are the standard turbos on your engine water cooled? if so it could be a turbo seal. Otherwise it could be pointing towards headgasket if it's not just on startup..
  3. fatty stripper = Nothing beats a lot of alcohol, a couple of toppos with all their gear off serving drinks and a fruit'n'veg show. BBQ or pizza usually goes down a treat too.
  4. My 20 gearbox was shrieking before I pulled it out.. I thought it was maybe the clutch or something but when we put the 25 box, didn't touch the clutch at all and now it's gone. Could drive normally with no shriek but as soon as I loaded it up EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK
  5. "I think you're really nice but, I like girls too - how would you feel about a threesome with my hot friend?"
  6. Straight six cranks are susceptible to bending purely because they are so long.
  7. There is no map.. the big Choose a Country box is empty.. Maybe I'll try it on my home computer..
  8. ROFL Dale! It won't give me a list of countries to choose from
  9. Have a search, there was a post a while ago with photos of the differences between 20 & 25 turbos. They are physically larger and do flow more air.
  10. Agreed. Being able to wind in the timing is a big winner when putting bigger turbos on..
  11. I'd rather keep the car.. it's more politically correct to beat up on the car when angry than on your mrs..
  12. GTST - the turbo can still flow enough air for 260rwkw, but you'd probably need 8500rpm to get that figure out of an RB20 with that turbo(*figures are fictional, cbf doing the math). AD4M was running 300rwkw with a 3071 I think it was, till it went pop
  13. 220rwkw is pretty good, is it an rb20 hiflow or an rb25 hiflow? I thought rb25 hiflow are good for ~260rwkw.. It's not so much about the size of the engine as the size of the turbo, if the turbo can flow enough air to make 260rwkw, it will make 260rwkw (within reason), if it's on a 2L it will just take more revs to make the power than if it was on a bigger engine. You can get more than 300rwhp out of an RB20 but the size of the turbos required means it would be quite laggy and come on boost REAL hard (i.e. lag lag lag lag WHEELSPIN).
  14. I wouldn't be happy.. the hiflow should "flow" a hell of a lot more for the same boost and an extra 1.5psi should have seen even more air again. My RB25 turbo has been on two different engines (2L and 3L) and made pretty much the same power, just a lot sooner on the 3L. Again, same dyno.
  15. Yes, same dyno.
  16. My RB20 with stock turbo made 195rwhp @ 14psi, full boost ~2500-3000rpm I think (been a while..), put RB25 turbo on and it made 245rwhp @ 12psi, spooled about 3k full boost by ~4k and pulled hard to redline where the stock turbo would drop back to 10psi by redline. All of this was untuned on stock ecu, all I did was put an 044 pump in when the 25 turbo went on. I'll pull out dyno sheets later..
  17. Got mine from Nengun, I'll take pics later if I remember
  18. My mates got their powerglides built at Dimov's, don't know if he knows anything about skyline autos but these 'glides take a lot of abuse
  19. Paid $215 delivered for my 044.
  20. They talked you OUT of putting the 25 turbo on? like wtf?
  21. Get yourself a set of braided lines then
  22. I used 4mm plate but welded it on top as opposed to bolting it, pretty much the same thing.
  23. Got a 25/30 in mine with standard intake manifold atm, had to lose the stock bov and rearrange piping, bonnet shuts but rubs ever so slightly on the front corner of the intake manifold (not a problem for you) and on the timing belt cover. As far as one of the turbo's close to strut tower.. no idea.. new exhaust manifold?
  24. ^^ Most definately
  25. I have a Cusco master cylinder brace and it all fits fine with the rb30 in there.
