  1. That oil cooler on the front of the bar is so agg.
  2. RWD yeah? pretty sure my RS4V (4WD) has 2 bolt struts.. will check when I get home.
  3. What about a set of gears to suit OEM RB26 and N1 pumps?
  4. VERY keen to see how this turns out.
  5. I own one so I'll pronounce it how I want
  6. I was going to be a guinea pig for those, to my designers mind, the theory was so sound I felt extremely comfortable being the first to try it. Alas, shane apparently got ripped off and the whole thing fell in a heap I can model up a design (based on the dimensions of the N1 pump I have in pieces at home) but I do not have the contacts or the time to be sourcing materials and manufacturers.
  7. Sta-Jia
  8. No pics handy but here is their website, pretty sure it's made by the same people that run plmsdevelopments and NIStune.. http://www.nissandatascan.com/ I've got the original Nissan Datascan I, not the new Dash version. The latest software even has support for a few widebands, allowing you to include the wideband readings in your datalogs.
  9. Yep, make sure you have the pod filter bracketed down at two points as well.
  10. +11ty Wish you luck mate, you're going to need it on 2 wheels
  11. Mine currently has no engine so any run I attend will be in teh skid wagon of doom
  12. The enlarging of the oil drains and bearing feeds is something most often overlooked.
  13. wow.. VERY interesting! I'm going to start looking into their stuff!
  14. CarPC + Datascan I also have the NIStune software on my carpc but that's a little too full on for day-to-day monitoring and diagnostics.
  15. Most enthusiasts build their cars so they can take them on the track or strip.. if they don't, then they're just posers
  16. Doesn't have knock control? or doesn't support knock display over the consult port?
  17. Pretty sure most Skyline models have active knock control but only VLT, S13 CA18 and HCR32 RB20 can display knock levels (if you have a laptop/carpc hooked up).
  18. Didn't mean it was hard, just meant it's not as plug'n'play as a PowerFC or as simple as just soldering a board into an ECU as there are also some wiring changes needed for RB20 ECU on RB25. LOL, yeah the little 40mm x 30mm (or whatever) LCD screen is a great replacement for gauges...
  19. Kinda.. mine are knockoffs in 18x8
  20. More info on the 30 ones please
  21. Hang on a second.. what RB25? R33 RB25's can't be NIStuned easily, you need either a Z32 ECU or an RB20 ECU + window switch for VCT. R34 RB25 can be NIStuned very easily. As said, pick a tuner and go with what he is comfortable with. In our state, there is no shortgage of good NIStune tuners. Also, if you think monitoring engine vitals is handy then do what I do with NIStuned and stock ECU's.. I run a carpc with Datascan and a consult cable permanently hooked up, infinitely superior to a little LCD screen.
  22. I'm keen for a drive this weekend, been a few weeks since I've had a good run through the hills.
  23. Nice rims.. I think they look familiar
