Ive always been worried about the lift off oversteer with a 2 way. EG: Driving round a bend at say 80km/hr then lifting off the throttle and having the rear step out.

No. But a 2 way LSD is different to a welded diff.

Hi all, Im getting a Tomei Trax 2 way fitted this week. But i have been told if you change the cam angle you can make it a 1.5 way. Anybody done this? Reading some info on these diffs it seems they were designed for drifters. Has anyone had one of these diffs installed? Are they very harsh to live with?

Short answer, no. But at one stage there were 5 stations in Sydney selling it, now 1 AFAIK. 3 in Vic. Not sure about QLD and SA.

I wanted the boost capped at 25psi. AFRs where 11.8

That was the kind of figure we were shooting for on the dyno the other day. My cooler, dump or cat is the restriction atm. 390@25psi is still not too bad, but to have 400 is a nice figure

Funny you should say that, i have a custom update from Haltech in my E11 to try and smooth out the hesitation. Worked a little but still there. I think we will just have to find a quiet spot somewhere and go through the motions to try and solve it. I wish my knowledge of tuning was a bit better

What would be the reason for the filter on the TPS?

For as long as i can remember ive always had the slightest of hesitations when accelerating from very low rpm. Only very slight Nothing that alot of people would notice but im very fussy when it comes to the tuning of my engine. A few people i have talked to about it calls it the 'Haltech hesitation' and something that a few people have, but are not really fussed about. Adam tells me he has to put a fair bit of filtering on the TPS when he tunes my car, would this be the source of the hesitation problem? What would the symptoms of a failing TPS be?

You have a twin scroll manifold and a single entry turbo. Not going to work. You need a single entry manifold to match the turbo.

You can make big power with a 25 too you know
